Our GPS got us there - there were also signs pointing to where to go! I'm not quite sure where to start as we had an AMAZING experience at Firefly! There is no set class times or anything - it's just come as you can/when you can. The studio was smaller than I had expected, but that's ok. It was perfect! There were 4 other people inside when we got there and we had enough spaces without us being on top of each other. Originally, we were going to do just 1 piece each. But we all had so much fun and it went much quicker than we had thought, that we ended up doing 2 pieces each! The options were a 5x5 tray ($40), a 3x3 ring tray ($22), a funny face magnet ($18), a hangy thing (a sun catcher type thing - $20), or a pendant ($20). The prices include the shipping. Nancy, the owner, fires everything up in her kiln to put it together and then sends it to you. I cannot wait to get our pieces back in the mail. We picked our pieces and started working on them. When you figure out what you want, you use a bit of Elmer's glue to lightly glue it in place. It was so fun trying to decide what to do and to let the creative juices flow! I HIGHLY recommend visiting Firefly Glads Studio when you're in the Gatlinburg area. Nancy, the owner, was amazing to work with and super sweet!

They were, however, the most professional by far! They were extremely patient with us while working to understand our needs and never tried to upsell or steer into anything that we didn't want. Since it's a nice chunk of change, we had them come out a few times to make sure we were selecting the correct color and style for our home. Each time they were patient and answered any questions we came up with, even those that we'd asked more than once. While Budget Blinds wasn't the cheapest quote that we received, they were able to offer a discount to lower their rates, which was much appreciated. The warranty that they offer is nearly impossible to beat and certainly worth any additional cost that we paid. Once ordered the blinds came in just when they quoted. They scheduled a two hour delivery, but had all 12 windows installed and gave a tutorial in less than an hour and a half. They installers were knowledgeable and super quick. We are in love with our new blinds! They are exactly what we wanted and look even better than we anticipated.

Custom window treatments are a big investment, so I was nervous moving forward without personally knowing someone who had utilized this company. Different franchises have mixed reviews, but we worked with Brad Gerrish's group and are beyond happy with our plantation shutters. Brad came to our house personally for a free consultation, and brought examples of trims, colors, and styles. We were pleasantly surprised by the price. His installation crew was very polite and professional. I included a picture of the business card in addition to my before and after pictures. I use Ollies to shop dog toys and rugs and some other specialty items when they have them in if…read moreit's something I really really want like a really cheap blender or steamer. You really gotta go the day the advertise the price because I have gone many times and they tell me that either didn't get the item or they only had six and they left in the morning so that's the downfall of Ollies. The good thing about Ollies is that you can usually get snacks half price then you can at the store that goes for nuts and specialty items too which is really great if you need that sort of stuff I couldn't cut your grocery bill in half. I found once in a blue moon a pair of shoes that fit they have a very small area of clothing I have found a really nice piece or two over the years by far not everything as fantastic. The Store itself has a funky odor, most all of them do. They have toys that are not normally this season's but you can find some interesting toys. The hygiene product are the best prices: soaps, hairbrush, the hair care items they seem to be really reasonable, priced, as the deodorant, toothpaste, Band-Aids, that sort of thing. Some of the big items we have bought in the past were some flooring, some rugs (the rugs seem very cheap and didn't last that long at all,-so that was cheap but didn't last long). Don't think it's really worth getting the rugs there unless you can get them on sale the prices are not bad but when you get them on sale, it's even better. (Since they didn't hold up to cleaning .) I have gotten a few small appliances there that have been really good. I've had some really good employees and I'd have some employees that help you one of them was the manager at the Ollies in Sevierville store near the holidays. The male manager at Morristown was not very nice. The manager and Sevierville one day even took me in the back room to help me find a sleeping bag that they had on sale and we found all the sleeping bags in the back that had not been put out, but we could not find a large man sleeping bag they had advertised so that was sad as I drove all the way there to buy that particular item so Ollies is a hit or miss store. I can always find something . Coffee is a good buy sometimes , trash bag ,sometimes sometimes they'll have saran wrap and baggies and freezer bags sometimes not so Ollie is a hit and miss store. What they advertise is not necessary of what they have in stock different stores in different areas and different states have different items. My ad was showing a recliner and I was so excited to go see this recliner and I found out that my phone it changed my setting to a store in Massachusetts not Tennessee so they didn't have any recliners. They do have a bathroom most all of them. I visited in Tennessee or some family member have they are not that clean bathrooms, but they did function .which is all we can ask for is functioning. Bathroom doesn't have to be solid gold. Just ask to function and be clean so I'm gonna give Ollie's bargain outlet a four star store rating They have a ways to go to get to a five star but then again you are shopping at an outlet they could do better, but it would take some extra effort and they're not going to ever put that extra effort in cause it's an outlet store and it is ok stuff cheap, Good stuff cheap they'd have to have good stuff. If the store gets good stuff it's only ever a few items.
