He had promised to have it completed by July 3rd because we had guests coming over for the Fourth of July, but he didn't get it completed until the end of the following week, so we had to cancel our plans. We have Inadequate sprinkler coverage which has lead to dead grass, poor grading, he only planted 1 correct tree out of the 3 species I provided him a list for. He damaged a fence post which he replaced after getting the color wrong the first time, and then stated he cemented it in which it isn't. Wouldn't show up because it "rained" the previous day and grass would be wet. Except literally 3 other neighbors gardeners were cutting their grass. No showed twice and then gave the excuse our grass was wet, except, they didn't show, and the grass wasn't wet. Told me they'd come later in the week since they missed my day, they didn't. Then they failed to come on my scheduled day the following week. I got bills for weeks they never showed. I emailed them to terminate service and they couldn't even be bothered to email me back, try to keep my business, apologize, or act like an actual business. Never, would I ever use them or recommend them.
