At the entrance you are greeted with staff to sign a waiver on the iPad. Then you have to "check-in" where you purchase your tokens and playground pass if you like. For kids they give them a bracelet and put a parent's phone number in case which is a huge plus! For tokens you can purchase them more inside instead of at the check-in counter. The claw machine tokens are separate though so you'll have to purchase them inside. Once you receive your boarding pass, you give them to the staff there who says "Enjoy your vacation" and go through a mini security. I didn't get many pics because we were honestly too excited and just in awe. After security you go up the escalators and you've entered vacation! It's honestly incredible inside from arcades, to restaurants, darts, VR, golf, baseball, and so many more! They even have a mini store there with snacks, drinks, etc! Just a lot of things. We will come back! It's just amazing here. Gotta take more pics as well this time around. My kids loved it so much. They spent hours at the playground and want to come back again the next day!

When we got there at 6pm, we were the only people there. Eventually two other groups of people arrived, but I thought it would be more packed if they say it's one of the best go karting places. The ad definitely did a lot of fluffing; it's not as great as the description or pictures seem. 2. Location is hard to find. The first time we went, we got lost and we were an hour late. not only roads have 2 names, but entrance wasn't clear, and you don't see the kartway sign until you drive all the way to the end of the parking lot and around the corner. 3. Because location was hard to find, we were an hour late (7pm). When we got there, people booked their time slots and we had to wait almost 2 hours for the next heat. Since bookings are first come first serve, we couldn't book it in advance. Sucks because we had to plan another day to come again. 4. Staff is friendly, but they seemed bored of doing the same thing. It sucked for me because as we were getting ready for our first lap, they told me i wasn't tall enough to ride in the senior karts (even with two booster seats), meaning i couldn't ride with my friends and i had to race alone. or i could get a refund. sucked either way, so i watched my friends do a lap. It was after a while where they were able to find that i could fit in one of the smaller the senior karts. Karts weren't smooth, but i guess it's better than not racing at all. 5. Karts are not all the same speed. I went in kart #15 and #6, and they're both jerky, and bumpy. you would press the gas, nothing happens unless you press it really hard. maybe it's just me, but the break pedals aren't very sensitive either. 6. Helmet wise, we had to wear a red hairnet underneath. That wasn't an issue, but I have a small head, and the smallest helmet they had (junior, medium) was too big for me! when i was racing, the bottom of the helmet would be where my nose is at. Had to constantly pull it down. After an hour, we were pretty much done. It's a small race track, maybe 6 turns? I think i'd rather race a real car or go somewhere with more energy in the atmosphere. I gave it a 2 star and not a 1 because service was decent and we came here for karting and that's what we got. But overall experience is not very impressive, even with the discount. All in all, i'm not coming back here.

I'm STILL a fan because what I'm about to say will even the stars out a bit. The BAD was that when…read moreassigned starting positions, it is not an option which cart you get to sit because I keep wanting to be in front or behind my buddy within a group of 4-5 of us and was pretty much dependant on us to WAVE others past so we can be racing against each other instead of having someone else inbetween our action. The GOOD is that on Monday[2 for 1($29.00)] it was relatively quiet so around 9pm we were pretty much the only group as the place close at midnight and other patrons were families that only did a SINGLE race or the 2 for 1 deal while my group went for UNLIMITED. The downside is that the tracks and carts are relatively unused, therefore not all carts will have that same performance and TRACTION. Especially if you race within the first few races of the place opening 5:30pm, then it's guaranteed that you will SKID all over as both the tires and track are fresh. Hope that helps!

Upon arrival, I found the facility very modern, clean and organized. They had several tables in the middle for dine-in. The axe throwing cages were large, each with 2 lanes and firm fence all around. It was easy go in and out of the lane and interact with friends. There also had several drinks and alcohol available at the bar/register counter. At the beginning a staff member briefed us the axe throwing process and assisted us with first few throws. Then we played about 6 rounds of games. The boards were in pretty bad condition, as they were being for a long time. Bullseye and other markings almost faded away. After that, we tried the daggers for few rounds. None of us could really stick the daggers in the board. The cost came about $36 CAD per person for about 45 minutes. Overall we had a good fun time. They staff were friendly and helpful.

Although they have food options available, I was amazed to find out that I was able to order in the food of my choice (see review for Bosphorus). Her enthusiasm was next level and right from the start, she had the team engaged and excited. The couple of hours we had booked flew bye and everyone had a great time. I would definitely recommend booking them for any type of event.

This newer location was bigger, more spacious, and had more obstacles and areas such as dodgeball & volleyball arena and arcade games (which you can play after finished with going through the obstacle course). I really liked the diversity of all of the courses. For some of them, you can choose the 'easy' or 'hard' version. Once you finish going through all of the obstacles in the course (which took ~30-45 minutes), you can play dodgeball, volleyball, arcade games, giant Jenga, giant 4-In-A-Row, try scaling up one of the vertical walls, or go through any of the obstacles again. Staff were all super friendly and energetic, from the ones who greeted us at the front and helped us check in, to the ones who explained the rules once inside. Useful tips: - Sign the waiver online to save time when checking in. - Bring a lock or you can purchase one at the front desk for $4. - There is ample parking space in the parking lot right outside the building, and TTC bus stop is 2-8 minutes walk (depending on which bus # you take). - There is a vending machine where you can purchase drinks. - It's better to wear long pants or leggings instead of shorts because in some obstacles, there are 'slides' component and parts where the surface can rub hard against the skin (and pants also do a better job at protecting the knee when crawling).

My husband asked about it as we were passing by one evening and I explained the concept, i.e., an art class where you hang out, paint, and if you want, drink along the way. I decided that this would be a great activity for the 3 of us on Family Day. I was delighted to find that it was indeed open that day and so I booked. The class started at 7 but we were encouraged to come 20 to 30 minutes prior to settle in, get our aprons on, get comfortable with any snacks and beverages we wanted, and be ready to begin promptly at 7. When we came in, we were greeted by one of the staff who walked us through what to expect. There are cubbies to put your things away. The seating is somewhat snug so that's the way to go. Kids 13 and up are allowed to join in the painting. You can bring your own food, but not beverages. They sell a fair array of wines, beers, and mixed drinks, including their own signature drink, Dirty Paint Water. We had to try that! It's made with coconut rum, blue curacao, and pineapple juice. I'm not a huge fan of pineapple juice, but it was tasty. At $16 a pop though, we kept it at one drink apiece. They do offer a number of non alcoholic hot and cold beverages. The snacks are limited to a very few prepackaged items such as chips and beef jerky. I read on their website that they have a partnership with Domino's Pizza which gets delivered if you want to place an order. In any case, you don't have enough room or time to eat during the class, so it isn't a big part of the experience. The class itself lasts 90 minutes. The instructor stands on a platform with a sample painting to follow, and paints along with you as they go through the steps to create your own version of the finished product. They have a microphone but your classmates need to refrain from chatting or using the hairdryers provided (to help dry your canvas between steps) to ensure they can be heard by everyone. Our instructor was quite good at pacing the class between steps. They gave a short summary of their qualifications, and explained that the bar staff are also actually fully qualified instructors, so if you need any help or have questions, you can flag them down as well for assistance. Her instructions were clear and easy to follow. At a couple of points during the class, we were given formal 10 minute breaks to allow our canvases to dry in between stages. It allows the perfect opportunity to use the washrooms (which were clean and roomy), stretch, and take a mental break, not to mention, grab another beverage! Our theme that night was Van Gogh's Starry Night. We learned how to divide our canvas, mix some colours, and use the 2 brushes provided to create the desired effects. She gave some hints on cleaning the brushes and thinning the paints to get the desired results. She also gave hints on holding the brushes and applying pressure to create additional effects. The cool thing about our theme and paints was that they are neon acrylics that show under black light. I wish they had that light somewhere in the studio so that we could see it! The few cons I experienced were that I noticed on their website after booking my spots, that I was entitled to a $10 discount for having a group of 3, but had to add the code given in the website description when I had booked. Idk why they wouldn't just automatically apply it when I'm literally booking 3 people in my group. When I'm paying $16 for one beverage once I'm there, I would have appreciated it that much more. Also, the quality of the paints made it difficult to get even coverage on the canvas, to which almost everyone had a hard time having the paint adhere/get absorbed. It is a great experience and I might go back if the fam is inclined to return. It's really cool to have your artwork be your souvenir of a good time. They sell frames you can put your painting in if you wish. They offer a newsletter and perks if you want to sign up and/or come more often. Prices vary according to the day of the week, as well as the size of your group. Be sure to look up the codes you have to add manually yourself at checkout if you want to get the group discount you're entitled to. The choices of subject matter are wide and have something to appeal to just about anyone. It would also make for a great team building experience for work groups. Something I'm definitely glad we did at least once!

I'm surprised they haven't won more awards for their rooms or close contender bragging rights. Clue: 4* Some rooms have hints on a screen and follows your progress based on where you've progressed. Some rooms are a white button and they'll come into your room to assist you, no walkie talkies thank goodness! Lighting 3* They feel it is enough and the main focus clues are properly illuminated. We feel it's still too dark to read some clues like book titles and request their flashlight every time. Staff 5* All staff here over the years have been awesome! Friendly, passionate, mature and all game lovers themselves. Game puzzles 3*-5* Some are well done, clever and creative. no locks and combos and they progressed to top of the line puzzles. We did find not all were well timed and one finale puzzle just plain lazy as if they lost their puzzle maker. We've done almost all their rooms and even ones they've replaced. The Missing Will: so much potential at the start but with an unsatisfactory end! It's like they ran out of time or money as the puzzles did not compare. The ending was too sudden and we stood there having won but confused this was it instead of their usual wrap up theme. It's not scary at all but with a supernatural theme. It's also perfect for larger groups or friends with adhd. The roles you pick can help give clues and hints for solving your character puzzles aside from the main ones. This is also what makes it frustrating for us, as we want to clear all puzzles and it's not possible/necessary. Pathogen: interesting how the game can change based on your progress, choices and hints. We won with a minute thirty to spare. Bring a friend that reads everything as ours rushed before following orders, one that isn't colour blind, and one that isn't afraid to go somewhere alone. Not scary on this room. Noriko: scary theme! For me it wasn't the doll props and flashy lighting but the background music and special effect noise. I couldn't concentrate very well as I found that triggering and this had the darkest rooms with poorest lighting at their establishment. Tip: Bring a friend that is musical, don't bring friends afraid of scary movies! Crossroads: dark thriller vibe, liked the choice to choose a decision to effect ending, the changing atmosphere to fit the evolving story and ending was fun. My friends liked this room a lot and played it two more times after our win and couldn't break out with the other two groups. Lounge: only standing room now. No board games offered anymore. They sell canned pop and waters, have 3 clean washrooms. Photo board is self run at the entrance on a timer but terrible angle and background. $10 off for back to back games. Free game on ACTUAL DAY of your birthday.
