I've become a regular around this store so much that I've had the pleasure of meeting other great patrons that love vinyl as much as myself. Hanging out here has become a pleasurable service as much as just going to a bar to have a drink with friends. I've learned a great bit and I'm eager to learn and listen to more. I was talked into getting their card that I was told was a rewards card. I was going through my bank transactions looking for something else and found that they were charging me 11.99 to have this card. Well I don't have credit cards or anything like that. I would not have gotten this card if the guy at the store would have told me about the 11.99!!! I called the help desk and the lady had me on the phone for 20 min trying to figure out how to spell my name then when I was put on hold so that she could find a supervisor she hung up on me. I called the other number that the guy at the store gave me and after going through another guy I ended up speaking to a supervisor. And he was able to give me a refund. Just be carful at this store.

I'm not saying that's a negative, it's actually quite a positive. Even through the 3 of them were going through a big collection, they still stopped to help us. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars is because of how I personally shop for records. I'm not what you'd call a crate digger. If you are, then you'll love this place. I know there are many, many crate diggers out there. Just wanted to mention it not being my style in case anyone else wanted to know what to expect. We picked up a couple of records while we were there, so it was a good visit. It helped make up for the other place in town that we stopped first.
