This is our second time using them as we had them replace our carpet about 12 years ago. Their excellent customer service, knowledge of their products and the professionalism of the installers is what made us reach out to them for a second time. Kerry was excellent to work with and the knowledge he has on flooring was amazing. We even saw one of the installers at Kroger later that evening and he stopped and asked if we were happy with the install. He did not have to do that, I wish we could receive that kind of customer service with everyone. I would highly recommend this group for all your flooring needs. I also feel it was a great price! Especially with how prices have went up on everything. I thought we paid a fair price and they were not trying to gouge us. If I could I would give them a 10 star rating.

We had been to another flooring company in the past, but this time we went to Wylie's Floor Coverings. We are so happy that we gave Wylie's a try! The salesmen in the showroom were very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions about the types of flooring we were considering without being pushy. We made an appointment for someone to come out and measure the old floors. Then, we met Gene, who was very knowledgeable and friendly. He arrived on time to measure the rooms, and do a humidity test on the subfloor of the house. He explained the process, the timeline and he also gave us the estimate. We paid 50% of the total cost up front with the remainder to be paid when the job was done. Wylie's floor installers, Mike and David completed the job on time and they did an outstanding job! Our new floors are gorgeous! We are so happy with the beautiful job Wylie's Floor Coverings did for us! We made clear that communication needed to improve. We paid our deposit and scheduled our install. 15 minutes after we were told they were supposed to arrive I called and found out that they were on a different job. No one wants to take responsibility for the miscommunication or inconvenience it causes. We cancelled and requested a refund because we no longer trusted them to do the job they agreed to do for the amount we paid. I gave them an hour to come up with a solution. The manager, Jenna Malinsky, issued a full refund stating that she did not believe they could do anything to re-establish our trust. I agreed.

We waited all day, and at 4:00 called alsip. Danielle told us that our appointment had been at 9:30, but she had thought it was 1:00. I mentioned that it's now 4:00, is anybody coming? Oh well, it was just a scheduling mistake. I said that my husband and I would have to take another day off of work each to reschedule and therefore did not wish to and she goes oh well. This is not the attitude of a store that gives a darn about its customers.
