We visited their showroom where Ernie answered all of our questions and presented many samples for us to consider. Our visit was most pleasant and we agreed on a date to install. Our installers, Bill, Mike and Dexter, what a wonderful crew. Our install was flawless. These guys worked well together and our finished carpet looks amazing. Manager said just find molding to match the door trim. NO... NO... it is not this simple. The floor installer put the quarter around back up in such a dishevel. Please do not let Black Diamond Flooring tell you all you have to do is paint. Also, I see now that there should be an cushion layer between substrate and the luxury plank, an underlayment. I now have a lot of bumps in my flooring where the installers did not care enough to make the surface free of debris. $11,000 and this has installation may have just depreciated my house this much on the market. Please don't let this company talk you into this. Insist that the baseboards and door trim looks nice before you pay the finished bill.

This is our second time using them as we had them replace our carpet about 12 years ago. Their excellent customer service, knowledge of their products and the professionalism of the installers is what made us reach out to them for a second time. Kerry was excellent to work with and the knowledge he has on flooring was amazing. We even saw one of the installers at Kroger later that evening and he stopped and asked if we were happy with the install. He did not have to do that, I wish we could receive that kind of customer service with everyone. I would highly recommend this group for all your flooring needs. I also feel it was a great price! Especially with how prices have went up on everything. I thought we paid a fair price and they were not trying to gouge us. If I could I would give them a 10 star rating.

The salesmen in the showroom were very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions about the types of flooring we were considering without being pushy. We made an appointment for someone to come out and measure the old floors. Then, we met Gene, who was very knowledgeable and friendly. He arrived on time to measure the rooms, and do a humidity test on the subfloor of the house. He explained the process, the timeline and he also gave us the estimate. We paid 50% of the total cost up front with the remainder to be paid when the job was done. Wylie's floor installers, Mike and David completed the job on time and they did an outstanding job! Our project involved replacing a front walk that had previously been lifted using an injection method from another company. That repair failed because of issues with the base. Silver's removed the fallen walk and broken bricks, rebuilt the base properly, and tied the new step and walk into the porch. The seam is clean, flat, and solid. They also replaced several shattered sidewalk panels and tied them into the existing panels with rebar. Both the immediate cleanup and the follow‑up cleanup after removing the barrier were thorough. Based on this experience, I would absolutely hire Silver's Concrete again.

It was fantastic to drive up to my house and see a brand-new gate. Larry and his assistant were finishing up with the post. They had to remove a patch of concrete, then pour new concrete. The new post is very sturdy. Both of them were polite and friendly. Larry said he prefers cash or cashier's checks for payment. Based on this job, I highly recommend Heartland.

Early the next morning, I had a message from Adam B. Once I got to work, I returned the call and quickly described my issue and what I believed it to be. The first available appointment wasn't until Monday (it wasn't urgent, so I wasn't worried about going the weekend). I got my timeframe. I had a couple other appointments that day, so I ended up taking the day off so I could easily be available. I immediately liked that they told me who would be arriving - AND that was who arrived. I also liked that they use a customer portal that allows you to have some security if you pay online or to review your records. Christian arrived (there was one other person with him). It took him a couple minutes to diagnose the issue he believed it to be, and it took him not a lot longer to determine that diagnosis correct. He quoted the price, I agreed, and he got to work. After finishing the work, he determined the original issue I'd believed it to be wasn't quite needing to be addressed (but will be in the near future). We discussed options, including ways I could save a bit. Christian was personable and explained things in a way I could understand. The issue was likely caused by me, but he managed to avoid using the word "idiot" at any point. The repair was done in a timely manner. The price ended up being a bit lower than quoted. I appreciated his honesty as he very easily could have pointed me toward a repair not needing done yet. It also became obvious the last person I'd used had really only done half the job. Everything has worked beautifully since Christian finished. There are likely a couple more projects I'll tackle in the near future, and I won't hesitate to return to Grateful Plumber. The housecall was $59, but that was credited toward the repair once I decided to have them do the work. Friendly employees. Good follow-through. Fair pricing. Quality work. Problem solved. That's 5-star for me and another winner for Yelp's project feature.

Meanwhile late in the day someone from my Dad's church volunteered to come and look at the issue. The issue is fixed. I called the grateful plumber as soon as I had a chance , because of everything that is going on. The voice mail said that cancellations done in less than 24 hours would still require the service fee. I left a message and cancelled the appointment then I get a text that their service guy is on his way. I called back and talked with the owner I'm assuming and he said he is charging us a service fee anyway. That it was too late to call off his guys and that they had been holding this spot for me. Terrible customer service and interaction.
