I did most of it and she didn't do what she was suppose to by saying it was my son's birthday. Our travel agent that never replied as well as sent the wrong information to us after the fact that she wasn't suppose to be our agent. It was awful and I was so disappointed that even though the supervisor took over; the other agent got our money. If I had known that by the way she didn't plan it because we switched it.
