I enrolled my 3 year old kid in Black Dragon Taekwondo looking to give him a little bit of discipline. Little did I know that we were going to find in there is a family that is truly there for their students. The first couple of months were kind of hard for me and my son, he wanted me inside practicing with him, I did, but I wanted him to build independence. Master Seong worked with me and my son to make that happen. He is an incredible instructor, an amazing human being that truly loves and cares for his students and by his side there are incredible people ready to assist whenever and whoever needs it. Mr Kevin, Mr Joe thank you so much for your patience and all the hard work everyday. I cannot forget to mention my dear Ms Kim. This lady is really a Wonder Woman, she is everything, she is everywhere and the best part is that she always has a big smile on her face. She is incredibly kind and sweet. Thank you Ms Kim for watching after those kids. After a few month after I enrolled my child I can really see a huge difference now, he is getting better day after day, he doesn't need me anymore inside with him, I see him growing and becoming a person with values that Black Dragon Taekwondo encourage every day: patience, humility, perseverance, respect and to me those are invaluable qualities of an amazing human being. I have enjoyed every single class my son has attended that I even now enrolled myself, and I can say from the bottom of my heart that I has never sweat that much in my life and that I am starting to discover that I am capable of things I never imagined I could do. Master Seong, Ms Kim and the Black Dragon family have had such a good impact on our Son as well as to our Daughter. Our son was one of the first kids to join the Taekwondo team and has given him the love for a sport! He quickly was engaged to moving along the levels with Master Seong's guidance and great teaching skills; Respect, great techniques and discipline! This is the best place for any kid to enjoy and feel great about themselves! My kids always wanted to be there and have enjoyed everyone's company! After checking out several locations, Black Dragon Taekwondo was the best fit for us. I can't say enough about Master Seong, his wife Ms Kim and the entire Black Dragon staff. Master Seong is a 8th degree black belt and personally teaches every class. He will not promote a child until he sees that they're ready to move forward. The Seong Family and staff treats you with the most respect, they're very kind. They have helped my daughter grow tremendously! I've have read that if your child is being bullied to get them into taekwondo..... Master Seong has helped my daughter on those occasions. My son had been coming here for two years, and he loves it. Master Seong and his counterpart give excellent training and ensure each child participates to his ability. Great place for kids and adults. We have 2 kids (11 and 8) and both love it. They learn not only the martial art, but discipline, respect and culture.
