The market also sells items from the local businesses, such as Bradley's Country Store, Southern Craft Creamery, Sweet Grass Dairy, Orchard Pond, and Georgia Sourdough, New Universe Foods, and Flow's everyday FODMAP Seasoning.
Ready in 24-48 hours our Black Fig customers favorite appetizers, salads, entrees, sides and desserts. A couple more days notice and customers can order just about anything their hearts can imagine; our experienced chefs can make it happen! We are also sister companies with Mimi's Table.
Meet the Business Owner: William L.
William Lawson, Executive Chef and Owner is a classically French trained American chef. He trained in a European-style apprenticeship with Chefs Jean Christophe Blanc and Gene Bjorklan at the acclaimed Aubergine Restaurant in Memphis, Tennessee.
Originally from Lexington, Kentucky, he has cooked in many fine dining restaurants and private clubs in the South. Additionally, William was the Executive Chef and Director at the Viking Cooking School in Franklin, Tennessee.
Living and cooking in the southern cities of Tallahassee, Nashville, Memphis, Oxford, and Wilmington, Chef William has remained close to his southern roots and infused European techniques into his culinary style.
