I've ordered this dish 5 times since they opened. Also...I've used the upstairs seating area as well. Has elevator or stairs and big windows with a view of parking lot. Also has upstairs bathroom available with microwave and condiments. For the grocery store side...things are pretty well stocked and pretty well labeled/marked per aisle.

The warm, attentive interactions that once defined the Publix experience are becoming harder to find. It feels like the store became a little too comfortable being the only major grocery option in the area for a while--and that has affected how customers are treated. With new competition moving in--Nexton, Moncks Corner, and the upcoming Carnes Crossroads locations--there's going to be more choice for shoppers. I hope this motivates the Cane Bay store to refocus on the exceptional service Publix is known for. I still shop here and appreciate many things about this store, but it's time to step it back up. With any good quality running shoes it was a more expensive purchase, but it is not marked up very high and it is worth paying a little extra for the amazing service and guidance. I was told it might not be worth over $500 and not worth insuring. Completely devastated by their comments, as I had spent thousands for the piece only to hear that it wasn't worth anything. I congratulated them in their profit and told them to fix it. I was upset, feeling taken advantage of, and cheated. I cannot do business with people I don't trust their opinion and expertise. At purchase they sold me on the piece, then in this visit they gloated how it wasnt worth anything and ganged up on me that they never would have said otherwise. On top of being taken advantage of, their condescending, smug attitude is difficult to overlook. I was looking for a jeweler, not just for one purchase but to have a wishlist for future items. I understand they need to make a profit but items are heavily overpriced and the same items can be found elsewhere for less. In the heat of the moment I left my repair with them but wish I hadn't. After pickup it will be the last time I trust them with my patronage. Lastly, the joy of buying real jewelry, something beautiful and to represent more than itself has been tainted with unnecessary ugliness. Upon picking up the item and its appraisal, it was fixed and the appraisal was within range of what was spent for the piece of jewelry. A prime example of horrible customer service and the attitude of the staff. I expect honesty and decency from those I do business with, especially touted experts.

Karen guided us with Power Point slides of all our choices for our review. Her assistant Emily is equally wonderful and competent. When we finally got to Mt Pleasant to sign papers and make final fabric/rug choices, Karen and Emily were so well organized that we finished in record time with no drama. That was, until a Black Friday ad showed up on our TV and my hub called out, "Hon, come look at this chair." "Yeah, it could work," I casually replied. I had a plan. First thing, Small Business Saturday, I stopped into J&K Furnishings in the Belle Hall Shopping Center (Long Point Road) as soon as it opened. I was approached immediately by Karen who took me over to the advertised chair. She was knowledgeable and patient, even knowing that there would be no sale. I was there just to check out the chair. Yes, it was comfortable, genuine buttery leather, priced well and was exactly what I wanted. I told Karen that I'd be back the next day with my husband. We returned on Sunday and worked with Ryan who also was patient and low key. He closed the sale. We both appreciated that he did not try to upsell a higher priced chair or other items. We actually asked for a protection plan. Delivery was set and confirmed with an automated phone call. The drivers called as they were on the way. The chair is perfect ... even our our fur son approves! The entire experience was easy. If you're looking to feather your nest, or freshen up tired decor, be sure to check out J&K.
