The shipment arrived and was apparently outsourced from a third party. Thank heavens the CEO of the company responded to my letters and resolved the return of the shipment finally! Despite what happened, I would consider doing business with this company again because they took responsibility for their mistake and apologized sincerely.

We had a problem with some of the bundles that had holes in the shingle, cracked, etc. To make things worse the installers threw the bad shingles into the dumpster which was gone before I knew of the problem. I called Pacific supply and explained the problem and without hesitation they said they would replace the three bundles. Everyone can make mistakes or have a product that is not quite right. I changed my mind several time and they never seemed put out or frustrated to deal with me. In fact they gave me tons of information I didn't even know about lumber. There is an okay amount of space to untarp and roll up your straps. But there is so many cars coming and going if you don't move your stuff over it will get ran over, very annoying. Another thing that bothers me is they want us to tarp their loads so it doesn't get messed up but when we drop off they leave everything outside in the snow. Why they want us to tarp to protect the product from the snow just for them to leave it out in the snow is beyond me, honestly feels like a waste of our work time for them to just let it sit out side and get destroyed.
