Not that I liked the idea of having my husband getting an injection near his spine, but this was a VERY upscale doctors type office. Greated right off by a sweet receptionist who made giving our informational breeze. Then found a fridge full of drinks that included 3 kinds of juice (and for 7am this was super nice) soda and water, with coffee, espresso, AND hot chocolate on the counter!! Then He went in for the shot and the nurse for his case came and got me so I could stay in a private room to wait with my own TV! This was more than expected and wish that all doctor offices were able to have this level of service, the staff alone and a quiet place to wait was more than I expected!!! Was here on 8/14/2019. All staff were courteous, professional and caring. Very experienced with pain and pain management procedures. A special thank you to Barb (admissions), Kristi (my nurse), and Cathie (R.T.R.). Everything was explained to me to my satisfaction and all staff treat you as if you're their only patient. Dr. Dietrich was careful in his explanations and professional in his approach. The procedure itself, although not exactly comfortable, was over in minutes. The physical facilities are excellent. I would highly recommend Black Hills Imaging to anyone needing this type of service. read more
