I explained to the rude lady that I did not understand how this process worked because I've never had to go through this. I stated that another bails bond company told me that it would take until the next day to get someone out so I wanted to know how their process worked. She explained the process with the nastiest attitude and as I was trying to understand everything she just hung up the phone on me . Because I was desperate to get the person out, I went with her anyway ! When it was time for him to be released, she called and was in the middle of leaving me a voicemail before I was able to answer the phone. I was only able to catch the tail end about him getting out. So when I actually answered the phone and simply said "Hello" she hung up AGAIN. I called back to ask her what she said, exactly and this crazy lady screamed at me saying "you didn't hear what I said ?" I yelled back "NO!"
