Raoul was our driver and the owner of the company and he was fantastic! We got a limo to do a 2 hour drive around for a bachelorette party and although a few ladies got a little car sick (perhaps mountain passes and hangovers from the night before don't mix so well...) Raoul was very accommodating and helpful. He also drove us to a fun spot and took a lot of great pictures! Thanks for a great time Stage Coach Limousine! read more

We booked Jake's Mountain Shuttle to book a round trip from our hotel to Loveland. Jake and his…read moreteam are reliable and show up exactly on time (even earlier). You can trust them...you won't be stranded. There is a scarcity of affordable shuttles in the area and Uber/Lyft do not work too well. I got quotes from other people and this was the most affordable option we could find (shocking, yes). FYI their website says they charge $4 per mile if you are doing a ride from Summit County to outside of it. Keep in mind that this trip is calculate not from the origin point...but from THEIR origin point in Breckenridge, CO. This is very different from how taxis typically work... A trip from our starting point to Loveland Ski Area (a 13 mile one way ride). This route was separately quoted from two different members of his team. One person quoted $120 each way ($240 RT), the other person quoted $80 each way ($160 RT). Thankfully they were able to honor the cheaper route they quoted. That being said, we had a great time using this shuttle and it is very reliable. This is a great option if you are afraid of driving (some routes are pretty dangerous especially in snowy/windy conditions).

We were picked up in a van that had been in a T-bone accident the day before & the door wouldn't shut so we were stuck on the side of the road for a minute. The door and other parts of the van are being held together by Batman duct tape. It's over booked. She told us so.

There's an added step on the vehicles and both drivers helped them in and out of the vehicles with dignity and grace. Boulder Transport makes everything super easy. As an older traveler with mobility concerns, I hired a limo service specifically for peace of mind and reliability. The vehicle itself was fine, and I did ultimately get home safely. However, the delay and the inaccurate arrival estimates created unnecessary anxiety. When I contacted the company the next day to request acknowledgment and adjustment to their charge, I was told I had only waited three minutes and was informed I am no longer welcome to use the service. I'm sharing this experience for travelers who prioritize reliability and clear communication when arranging airport transportation.

Cleanliness This was the most disappointing part of the stay. My first room had hair from a previous guest (both head and body hair) all over the shower floor. Plus, the microwave area on the third floor was dirty with food debris on the counters and floor. For a hotel at this price point, I expected a much higher standard of hygiene. The Mountain View from the hotel is absolutely stunning and definitely a major perk. If you love the outdoors, this is a great hub. Hiking: There are plenty of great trails nearby. Proximity: The town is only a 2-3 minute drive away, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. Amenities: The hotel has a nice outdoor fire pit and hot tub to enjoy the mountain air. Oh and they have an oxygen bar. Microwaves: The 3rd-floor microwave did not heat at all. I had to use the one on the 2nd floor, which worked perfectly. Parking: It is $10/day, and you must place the physical pass in your car after checking in. Fees/Food: There is a $60 incidental deposit (refundable).
