I enjoyed the Ablaze, which is a smoked pale logger light smoky flavor, along with notes of honey and a happy finish. That's not overly bitter. I also had a Schwartz beer called Miners. It had a great dark color and had flavors of coffee, coffee, cocoa, and dark chocolate. It finished quite dry and was very tasty. Next, I had a West Coast pale ale called Mesozoic. It definitely had some of the piney resinous flavor. But it only 40 IBU it was approachable and downright good. Finally was a coffee lager called Devils Row. This is a collaboration between the Friendly Folk, Coffee Roasters and Valley Brewing. Holy mackerel. It was good. Perfect coffee flavors on a crisp light lager. Everything you could ever want in a beer. I hope to venture back someday and check out Valley once again.

The main reason for ur visit was to grab lunch in between hockey games. My kiddo was beyond satisfied with the in house fried chicken and momma was happy with the sides - I always love the root veggies and baked beans. We got the family meal and it was more than we could eat - even with a starving hockey player, lol. I'm happy eat in dining was allowed - Freson Brothers dining is always comfortable and easy. There were also bottles of distilled liquor behind him for sale. Some normal flavours you'd expect every distillery to do and some with a twist. The Watermelon Soursaurus is all that we've had so far but it was so delicious and smooth. It was just the right amount of sour and would pair perfectly with sprite or lemonade or both.
