They made the whole experience very comfortable and natural, and any nerves I had were gone in no time. This was only my second tattoo and I find the whole experience somewhat intimidating, especially after having a judgmental and pretentious artist for my first tattoo. The time I spent at Bell & Iron was completely different, and I'd recommend this shop in a heartbeat. The owner was buzzing around during my session as well, and I could tell he was also very warm and welcoming to every customer, no matter who they are. Made an appointment through email, sent different pictures of what I wanted, and he was easy to communicate with. When I arrived, he was friendly and accommodating with all the little changes I wanted on the stencils. He made good conversation throughout the entire process, which distracted me from the light pain from the tattoos. For both arms, he said it was a minimum of $80! Such a good price for two tats so I decided to tip him graciously. Highly recommend this place if you want your first tattoo experience to be comfortable.

I saw on Instagram that Sean Perkinson was still doing his thing so I sent him an email letting him know what I wanted. We chatted back and forth and set the date. When I arrived, his warm welcome made me feel right at home. He took his time sizing, and re-sizing to make sure the tattoo fit the area I wanted. Sean made the whole process so comfortable and talking with him was like talking to an old friend. He is such a great guy and talented artist. HANDS DOWN i freakin' LOVE Steve! i gave him all the elements i wanted in my tattoo and it was all there and then some! Steve went a little crazy on my dragon, it went from a mere dragon on my left shoulder to a back piece taking up my entire left side. i told him uhhh i aint paying more than what i already paid you and he said i went a little crazy but im not charging you more, i like the dragon like this! haha needless to say, these tattoo artists value their art and they're def. not gonna put some ugly ass shit on you. While gettin' tatted Steve will tell you stories to put your mind at ease so you don't think about the pain. He'll try his best to make sure you're comfortable! The Dragon represents my mother, the lotus represents a beautiful struggle, the purple orchids is my mom's favorite flower, the saying is "Con Thuong Me Suot Doi" (i love you mom for the rest of my life), blue waves on the bottom because my mother loved the ocean, and flames to represent the fire in her eyes. I reviewed Beth's work online and decided to schedule with her. I am very happy that I did, she's very professional a wonderful artist. She's even done extra training to remove the micro blading if needed. I was looking for a natural look. It's hard to find a good microblader, she is talented.
