Who would've thought that the place with the best coffee in the valley also has some of the best food.

Biscuits and gravy and my scrambled eggs - the extra sausage and my eggs were special orders that they accepted without a blink.

We have been coming here about every morning since our son moved here. When we visit this is our go to place to get our day started. The vibe is amazing. The place is cozy and welcoming and you can sit and work in comfort. The food is always delicious, every single time. Make a stop if you are in town!

Black Owl is unmatched. Kind staff, delicious coffee and even better food (a tough combination to find). Had the panini pressed egg burrito with avocado and it was the most beautiful (and delicious) breakfast I purchased in a while.

Cute and cozy coffee shop! I didn't get to try their food but their brown sugar mocha was exceptional. I heard there aren't many good coffee shops in Hailey and Ketchum so I did not have high hopes. Their coffee was amazing! Staff is extremely nice and attentive to my order. I will definitely come back. This place beats Maude's in Ketchum!

I had the most lovely visit at Black Owl! I'm a flight attendant, and just decided to go on a stroll before heading to work today. I happened to find this treasure, and will definitely be back! I tried the Night Owl coffee and the egg scramble with the pesto- pesto on eggs, genius! So delish! I made friends with the owners little boy, who told me the story behind the name 'Black Owl' and he also highly recommend the brown butter chocolate chip cookie...... best cookie ever! I was planning on saving the rest of the cookie for later... but must confess I ate the rest within 20 min later.. because it was just THAT GOOD!!!! Thank you team, for a delicious breakfast, and for such a warm experience and ambiance.. happy holidays :)

This is a great coffee house! We had the recommended brown sugar latte which was fantastic. It was amazing how the brown sugar was not too sweet but emphasized the richness of the coffee. The scones were also very good. read more

Terrific and innovative food! We stumbled in, looking for a place to eat on our bike ride from Sun Valley. Greg whipped up a breakfast scramble that satisfied. We parked our bikes in their bike racks, ordered and ta da...delicious food arrived to a patio table under a shady tree. We will make a point of dining here on EVERY trip to the Sun Valley area. They even told me I could come back with my dog and enjoy the patio and their water bowls. read more

This is the best cafe hands down in the area! They are known for their coffee, but their food is equally amazing. My favorite is the breakfast burrito, but they have great variety. They also have beer and wine available. Free WiFi and a great ambiance to hang out, study, read or just chill. They have a great area for kids too. During the summer the patio is amazing.
