We've stopped here a few times when passing through Hailey. The coffee if always tasty. Husband got a Mocha this time and I got a London Fog; both of which were very good. He got a blueberry muffin and I got a coconut muffin; both of those were just ok. The coconut muffin was actually a little under-baked and only coconutty on the top. Will try some other things the next time we visit. The coffee is definitely delicious though. read more

Driving down from the Pioneer Mountains after a fantastic weekend, I was craving a hot sandwich, veggie based and a strong iced coffee. I'm so happy we stumbled upon Hailey Coffee! Great food, awesome coffee and delightful atmosphere. My husband and I shared the roasted veggie pesto panini, which was stuffed with homemade pesto sauce, artichoke hearts, roasted yellow tomatoes, basil, roasted red peppers and topped with provolone cheese. Holy cannoli was it delicious! The artichoke hearts provided the same consistency as chicken without the calories. And the taste was amazing! All the veggies burst with flavor, must have been enhanced by the pesto. The bread was toasted to perfection. Paired with a strong iced vanilla latte my cravings were satisfied and my hunger maintained until we reached home! I would 10/10 recommend the food here. *Note - I waited rather long for the sandwich, but it was worth it. Additionally it was Sunday so staff was light. This place (other than Starbucks) is the only place around open on sundays and why we stopped in The reviews are accurate. Our cold brew coffee was good, but the level of our drinks were NOT PROPERLY FULL. Yes, we asked for room for cream but we're left with 2.5 - 3 inches off the top. Pumpkin bread was dry as a 2 week old biscuit. Banana bread was moist and yummy. So mixed feelings about this place at best. read more

This used to be awesome but since the owner is absent, it has gone downhill. Music is awful, like elevator music that skips. They used to rotate their drip coffees among their various roasts but now it is boringly the same. Outside seating is ignored, tables not cleaned. If I could give this zero stars I would. Terrible service, my order wasn't prepared when I went to pick it up though I had called it in the day before. The guy at the register seemed like he'd be anywhere but there. No urgency to get the order completed when I arrived and absolutely no apologies for the delay. What a wonderful coffee shop. Stopped on our way to Stanley. We were greeted so warmly and the Staff and the owner were so friendly. Our coffee was delicious. This is a very warm and inviting coffee shop. Lots of yummy pastries available. Highly recommend a stop here when going through Hayley. Some of the reviews said there was no restroom. We have had a couple of years of great coffee here! It's a funky and cute little house in town with good snacks and a nice atmosphere.

In the winter, this place seemed to be open limited hours, so I finally had a chance to try this place. We are staying at the Tamarack, and they offered a 15% off daily coupons..YeeHaw. The place opens at 7 am yay! The place was clean and organized and a staff member was cleaning the glass door as I walked in. The male Barista was top notch in knowledge of drinks and bakery items and espresso macchiato was made PERFECTLY. He is from Peru and I enjoyed chatting with him. I will be back tomorrow to enjoy another macchiato. For those that want to snap your fingers, to get a Americanized sugary 7$ drink...go to Starbucks. read more

NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS! While the pastries and drinks are up to par with what you'd expect from any cafe, if you're coming here, don't expect to be able to wash your hands after a sticky pastry. Drank that coffee too fast and you need an emergency restroom use? Not here! When I asked the girl working if I could use the restroom, she said they were broken, however you can see employees use the bathroom while you eat. Any place that serves food and offers a place to sit, you would think would allow their costumers a place to tinkle, not this place! And what's worse is the fib that the unmarked door leads to a broken restroom when it clearly leads to a working one. pictures of food are not the same as description. everything is an add on. orders egg bagel picture had sausage on it. bagel was steamed not toasted. egg on a plain soggy bagel. ordered a gluten free dessert. awful. nobody spoke English. when I complained there comment was none of the pictures match the description. We stopped by for a cup of coffee July 14th, as it happens, a day the Cuban people were dying in the streets of Cuba, trying to gain freedom from communist tyranny. Yet, on this day, this place has a large poster celebrating Che Guevara. The owners are obviously horrible people, celebrating murderous thug, and oppressive regime. Unfortunately, I already gave them my money, before spotting the propaganda poster. Coffee was bitter, in Charbucks style, cookie was good. It truly pains me, as a local and Haley, to leave a review like this. But what I saw today, in conjunction with the coffee I got needs to be addressed. I ordered a four shot breve, it's a drink I typically get elsewhere. I know not to expect it to be the same everywhere I go. But it basically taste like steam milk. Nothing else. Truly disappointing considering they were the only local coffee shop open today. Which brings me to the main reason I leave this review. In the mist of skyrocketing Covid numbers none of the people working upfront had masks on, the two women in front of me did not have masks on, the people in the back dining room no masks on. I'm not sure if the regulars at this coffee shop feel like they are above that, but at this point it should just be common courtesy to put on a mask. Great coffee house! This is where the locals go for sure. Free WiFi is nice too. They have outdoor seating which is so nice. The BF and I always enjoy a great cup of Joe or a latte. They roast their own coffee and its great. They have an amazing assortment of the breakfast items, including Paleo goodies too. I've had the breakfast burrito (see photo) it was yummy! It's not often that I've given a coffeeshop 5 stars, especially one I've never been in. My friend picked up some coffee for us this morning and brought it to the place where we are staying while visiting Idaho--and the group of us woke up to the most delicious coffee we've ever had. I usually go for a breve, and my friend got me just that, but it was not the usual at all. It had some kind of nutty flavor in the grinds that made it extra amazing. I was in heaven. Would give 0 stars if that was an option. The workers here are so rude. They made my coffee wrong so I asked for a new one and the lady was so rude and gave me a ton of unwanted attitude. The coffee they remade for me was still wrong and was disgusting. I got a coffee with half breve half 2%, that's a pretty simple thing to make. They also wouldn't offer the full menu you were only able to get a bagel or one type of breakfast burrito. Come here if you want overpriced food and to deal with rude ass employees. I've been coming here for years and it's slowly gone downhill. They skimp on the food you order and some of the staff is not friendly. We often get the yogurt and granola and it's all yogurt with a small teaspoon of granola. When asked for more they rudely say no. read more

8/21/19 - Yep! We cannot agree more with the review left on 8/11/19 regarding the girl at the counter. We were there at around 11:45-12:00 or so today and the girl at the counter started with "What do you want..." in a sarcastic tone. My wife then asked (with no-one behind her) if she could have just a minute to decide. Then get this... In front of my son and I both she rolled her eyes and said "seriously...? under her breath but loud enough to hear. We all walked out upset we had stopped here with a bag of crappy bagels. Little hole in the wall coffee shop. Not too different from any others in small Rocky Mountain towns. It distinguishes itself with the availability of Paleo specifics snacks. That they actually taste pretty good is a definite plus. It lacks the availability of coffee mugs which is a deal breaker to me and why I won't go back. Spent the summer in Hailey and got a gift certificate for the Hailey Coffee Co for my birthday. I love froo-froo coffee drinks and this place delivers. All the flavored lattes I would get had a wonderful balance between being sweet enough but not TOO sweet. You know what I mean?
