Easily the best McDonald's I've ever been to. In any country. In any state. The manager is on top of it and everything is amazing.

I manage a construction crew for work and we were staying overnight in Hailey. We went to McDonald's and they had 20+ orders done and ready to go for my crew in 10 minutes. Very clean and very respectful and employees who knew what they were doing. Highly suggest. read more

I was staying at a motel in Hailey to run a marathon over in nearby Sun Valley. As I was traveling on a pretty tight budget, I came here a couple of times to get a quick, cheap, and simple meal. Although I could've used the drive-thru, I went inside each time to pick up my order. The employees that I had interacted with were all nice and friendly. Their free WiFi was pretty much unusable. Although I could login and the signal was strong, I couldn't access the internet to use their mobile app. I had to rely on my mobile phone carrier and unfortunately, service was very spotty in town. On top of that the worker acted like there was some left got me excited then said never mind. I'm pist. The portions of the breakfast drinks will vary depending on who's working the window. I asked for a large beverage and then the very next day. I'm given a tiny cup and told that that is all the portion the machine will allow.. I'm just going to go to Maverick because at least when I do it myself. I know what i'm getting. read more

I can't get over this last visit.. I am so annoyed with the incompetent children that have zero work ethic that work at our Hailey McDonald's. Usually we order just coffee and them fools can't even get that right. I hate myself for going back but sometimes it's literally the only place I can get a macchiato at 9 pm. Ugh I wish they would fire EVERYONE that works there and get some good employees with good ethics.. smh HOW when I literally am telling you exactly what I want and you punch in the keys so you clearly hear what I am ordering yet.... Ice cream machine is never broken. Their burgers are amazing and everybody is helpful. I love the double cheeseburger.

We have been here twice since my first try and both times we successfully went through the drive thru. The food was hot and delicious and the service was prompt. Make sure your sauce is in the bag before you leave as they sometimes forget but of course once you ask they give you the sauces you need no problem. read more

The lobby was reasonably clean for the middle of the breakfast rush. Service was lightning fast and server was friendly. The food was fresh and delicious. Soda fountain selection: Coke, Dt Coke, Sprite, Barq's, Powerade, Hi-C, Dr. Pepper, Diet Dr Pepper. I would definitely recommend/visit again. read more

If you're an employee at this location just quit, every time I have gone through the drive through there's always some excuse as to why they're closing early or why over half the menu is unavailable. How can you clock in and clock out everyday and not be embarrassed of how poorly your performance is everyday. The managers need to get fired ASAP that's the whole point of your position, to manage! read more

The manager vanessa made us leave although we were still eating and it was 10:15 and they closed at 11 said fuck you to us even though we were ust trying to enjoy our food she was super rude. Other than that jerry was the highlight of our dinner was very polite and respectful was very prompt about closing hours even though his manager was acting the way she did. Maybe jerry should be promoted to manager so such things will not happen again I feel very disrespected and violated. The last 3 times we went to this McDonald's they have SHORTED us and/or mixed up our order. Usually I just glance in the bag and start making my way home since we live over an hour from this McDonald's. But today was the last straw, I spent basically all day in surgery getting my hand cut open and reorganized and all I wanted when it was said and done was a good burger but when I got home I was extremely disappointed. We have half of what we ordered and we didn't even get the right burgers either. I tried calling the store multiple times but nobody would answer. Guess we will just eat the cost, once again. It's not a McDonald's unless they mess something up. Manager refuses to correct mistake despite paying for a larger size nor offering a refund for the ordered item. No straws given with our drinks. Check your orders and you better have a receipt despite the fact that they still won't admit their wrong. read more

Showed up with order via online 'mcdonalds menu' which showed a variety of wraps, only to be told they no longer carry wraps. When we told them it shows up on their online menu, was told they haven't had wraps in a long time. Attempted to talk to the manager, who wanted nothing to do with our complaint. We then had the drive thru window shut in our face upon getting our order, which we had to change to no longer include a wrap! Update 9/22/17: Fell off the wagon and have been 3 times in the last 2 weeks, figuring, what the heck, they still can't be THAT bad, and ALL 3 TIMES, they screwed something up. First visit was a drive thru - ordered a DOUBLE HAMBURGER with other things, and even though I said HAMBURGER multiple times, the cashier still couldn't understand that we didn't want cheese on it. When order was received and opened at home, it was a SINGLE (was charged for a double). Second visit was dine in - we were told to find a table and they'd bring our food out. We waited and waited and waited. Someone FINALLY came by and ask if we ordered. I gave them our receipt and he went and had them make our order because they overlooked/forgot/didn't make it - WOW! Third visit was a carry out - order a Quarter Pounder Deluxe meal. Received the right box, but the burger was a REGULAR QUARTER POUNDER - no lettuce, no tomato, wrong onions. Truly unbelievable how bad this place continues to be! Original Review: Consistently bad. If it's not one thing, it's another - wrong orders, long wait times, wrong orders, can't understand person taking order, overcooked fries, wrong orders, food sloppily prepared (thought maybe a few toddlers got together and made my food a few times), too much salt, too little salt, and, oh yeah, wrong orders.... Used to go here all the time for convenience, but got fed up and haven't been back for 2 years, as there are plenty of other better (and healthier) options to choose from. Have been a few time in the last 6 months or so for a breakfast sandwich, and they have improved a bit (thus, the 2 stars).
