You can order from the ipad or from the cashier. They are quick and there is a steady flow of people that visit the location. The not so good. They do have a comfy coach but the wooden seating is not comfy. They do have pillows at least. And the biggest gripe is that they still do not have a sign on the outside of their shop. Yes they have a sign on their door but when the door is open you cannot see that signage at all. Next door is an ice cream shop that also has a lion as its mascot. The mocha and banana tasted like water down chocolate milk and the mango had a sour and nasty like dirty dish taste, I called and talked to the same lady that took the order and all I got was a 'I explained to him that we were busy' not even an apology, then I asked what could be done about the drinks and she said that I could get them remade but I told her I wanted them refunded and said 'like I said' 'you can bring them back and have them remade, other ways I can't help you'. I once again asked her for a refund instead since we had literally just a sip from it and said that we could get one if they were sealed or if they haven't been drink from. I've been a customer for a while now and this experience has completely ruined my experience, since this place it's already on the pricy side the horrible service makes it not worth it.
