Horrible service, I was waiting at the drive thru speaker to order and tried to call but no one answered so I went inside and all 3 workers were in the back while I waited 5 minute for service. Super friendly staff providing excellent recommendations that my kids and I definitely enjoyed. The environment is fun festive without being too loud people are able to work while listening to Soft jams in the background. They made some creation for me. That was half sweet and was delicious. Very refreshing. They have a kid size that's not listed which is about a dollar to two dollars less than the small and perfect if you're gonna get them something before having lunch or dinner. Great place to study or hang out with friends. The workers are super nice and accommodating! My favorite drink to get here is the white chocolate mocha! It is so delicious and I can never get enough. Cute little vibes. However the service wasn't so great. I observed three customers ask which drink was theirs as you can't tell the difference when all the cups are the same size and color. Then when asked the employees didn't know. ‍ Additionally one customer had to reorder because their items were not made. Recommend retraining and better service. Order turned out correct (I think) we're not sure what the specialty order tastes like as they both taste the same. ‍ read more

First stop in and I'm sure I'll be in often. Everyone was super nice and the inside looked really cozy. The outdoor seating is going to get hot without some umbrellas. Especially this summer, it's been extra hot already. I like the decor and the murals that they have painted on the walls. Very cool. I got the large nitro cold brew and my daughter got the strawberry milkshake. Both are delicious! I'm a super fan of nitro. read more

Very busy for the Grand opening. Atmosphere was good, service friendly and quick. Good music, a lot of people, free wifi, trying them out for the first time. Got 3 smoothies, 1 coffee, and a energy drink (forgot the name but had like red bull and something else in it). ONLY reason I'm giving 4 stars is because my Black Rock was not good. I asked for an iced one, and after about 15 mins it was still pretty warm. Then once it sort of got chilled it still did not taste that good. Thats MY opinion. I am willing to try something else and give them another chance since it was my first time there another day. And I will update my review then. Side note, my kids loved the strawberry smoothies so that was a plus. Very light, mostly tasted like water but the strawberry gave it a nice touch. NOT sugary at all for anyone wondering if they're super sweet. The energy drink... Ehhh lets just say if you REALLY need ENERGY or a sugar rush it'll do the job . This location has to be one of the most frustrating places. Regardless of what day and time I visit, they are always out of something. They have a loyalty reward program but have switched systems twice so your rewards are never reflected correctly. Their drive through order display and intercom never work. You drive up and they tell you that they are not using the intercom but taking orders at the window which causes delays and traffic in the line. The most frustrating part is that I like their drinks and they are in a great location. They just need to fix the consistent issues they've had since opening. There's way too many coffee shops nearby for them to function like this, and once the new one in elyson is built I'll avoid this location. read more

Came here on their opening day at the Katy location and it was packed because they were handing out free drinks all day. Even with the hectic crowd, I was still able to get my drinks within 5 minutes of sitting down. Super impressed. I got the Caramel Blondie blended, which is supposed to be one of their most popular drink. It tasted like the old Caramel Frappe from Starbucks before they try to cut costs. It was the perfect blend of sweet and coffee. There are other promos going on over the next 7 days for the grand opening. Can't wait to try out more drinks on their menu read more

We have been coming to the Clay Rd. Location in Katy, TX every Monday for a few months. + All of the coffee is great + The service is great and staff are helpful - They are almost always sold out of every food item on Monday mornings; not sure if this is because of switching out existing inventory or just a delivery issue, but this seems like the worst day of the week to not have breakfast items in stock. Coffee and food was good but the service wasn't great and they took forever at the drive through to get our food out. We waited inline for about 10 minutes after we ordered and we waited 5 minutes behind one car to finally be able to get to the speaker to order. 15 minutes in drive through is probably the longest I've ever had to wait for a coffee with just one other person in front of me. read more

I love this coffee bar! It's modern and spacious. The crew is friendly and helpful. Everything I've tasted there is delicious. The coffee is wonderful. The breakfast pastries are sooo good and freshly baked. But better get there early. They sell out early. The bacon egg and cheese danish and jalapeño ham croissant are my faves. service was terrible and blames us for their mistake for not answering the speaker box. Terrible service and the lady had the audacity to be a smart with us. Terrible workers, don't even try to go inside either as they won't acknowledge that you are waiting in the lobby and give their total focus to the drive thru and still take forever there. I would rate this a 0 if poss my experience here today was absolutely horrible Rachel is completely disrespectful and threatening with a fact she claimed "oh i know you from my other to jobs" all because my coffee was made improperly, I went inside to get it re made my mother goes thru every single day before work they let me aware she was the weekend crew of every weekend and I hope not I go to the black rock in cinco ranch personally this was my first time at the clay road location and the way I was just spoken to and the way my mother was spoken to is absolutely horrible!!!! Not only was it already melted and runny, but I'm serious when I say this was one of the worst smoothies I've had. I literally drove to HEB down the street to buy honey for it, and it just made the smoothie taste like honey with no flavor behind it. And sitting there waiting for it was so awkward. The silence is really unwelcoming added with the buzz of fluorescent lighting. There's nothing really in there except a couple of couches and some tables. I was ready to leave by the time I walked in. I wanted to give it a chance and I regret giving it a chance.

If I had more room in my tummy, I would have ordered at least 4 more things from their amazing menu. We all had zero self-control and dig in before I could think to take any pictures. The soup dumplings were a hit for all three of us. I especially enjoyed the Beef and Onion Spicy & Sour Dumplings. My dad especially liked the Dan Dan Noodles because they were very peanut forward.

We arrived around 6:15PM on a Monday after leaving Spa World (yeah, I was off for the day after an exam). No wait, though I've heard it gets quite busy and it was still decent busy while we were there. Service was very prompt and didn't keep us waiting to put an order in, and dumplings came out hot! We got: #85 Tomatoes and Pork Soup Dumplings (5/5): Whatever they put in this broth, it's like liquid crack. MSG? Who knows. The dumplings come with the perfect texture and you can literally lift them up and see the filled soup inside. Not a single one was broken. The soup was fantastic and the dumpling was excellent. It's seriously the best I've had in Houston and maybe in the U.S. #24 Pork & Scallion Thumb Bun (4.5/5): It was a tad salty, but the scallion offset the pork really well and they were perfect small bites. #27 Spicy Pork & Shrimp Wontons (4.5/5): Loved the red sauce, great wonton texture overall. No extra dips needed. I'm definitely going to try their other location and it's totally worth the trek to this one. Awesome job to the team here!

We just stopped by for a few minutes and were recommended the honey nut latte as one of their more popular drinks. We got it hot. It was perfect! Not too hot, definitely not cold, great flavor, strong coffee flavor, and not too sweet. There's also a wall of fancy teas that's definitely worth checking out. (See my photo.) Service was also good! Nice, kind employee and the drink came out quickly. Luckily there wasn't a line when I arrived and only 2 other people in the cafe chatting at the time. Walked in at 4:46 young lady behind the register greeted me immediately. There was a car in the drive thru that ordered a blended coffee. Understanding the drive thru party pulled up prior to me walking in. The young lady looked to be in her teens, carmel in color and wears a hair wrap. She never asked me anything, she looked me dead in my face mouthed whatever song she perhaps had playing in her ears and didn't say anything. ALSO they do NOT accept cash which is crazy and another reason to make a pop in undesirable. All in all it's worth the try and the taste. The staff were friendly enough. Offered to "top off" my cold brew once I added my cream/half and half. However, I think if I were to come back it would be to explore the menu beyond the pricey coffee and try the "dirty" beverage options.
