Pretty good. The fourth star was for Ms. Tina of Tina's Tacos bc my potato, egg and chz taco was huge and both salsas were v good. The seasonal latte with vanilla bean syrup, I ordered half sweet. It was fair- more sweet than strong. I didn't get a chance to see who was on beans. The service was steady, appreciated the hustle. Place was pretty busy this sat morning. I do like that they feature and credit many of my fav houston haunts: love croissants, blacksmith, etc. with that, it kinda made me miss being able to go to them as readily since I moved :( personal problem. Pearland Coffee Roasters is hands down one of my favorite coffee spots in Pearland. They're always consistent with flavor and usually have new holiday drinks. The inside feels comfy and they have croissants from love croissants. They even have seating outside. There's no drive thru and the parking isn't the best. There's a train that usually passes by so the traffic can be a little annoying. The service is always good here though. read more

The coffee was okay. The kolache and croissant weren't bad. The wait was unusually long and interaction with staff was pretty awkward. It took 20 minutes for 3 drinks to come out and another 10 to watch the food I ordered sit on the counter after I asked twice about it. Definitely unnecessary. And there are huge potholes in the parking lot. Not a good experience for me but the place had enough people inside hanging out. read more

I love the coffee here, I've never had a cup that I didn't like. I especially enjoy their Vietnamese iced coffee which gives me the perfect kick I need to start my day! The service is always nice & recommend very tasty drinks, and serves your drink rather quickly. The shop is very cute with lots of seating & outlets for workspace. It is definitely a bit loud for a coffee shop, but not unbearable. Today I tried the Bacon & Egg breakfast burrito & I was a bit overwhelmed with the ratio of egg to bacon. There was definitely more egg than bacon unfortunately, but still tasty & comes with a mild salsa that adds a little kick! Was a cute little spot.. I only had a Coconut Horchata Latte (She was a THICK girl!) the flavor was good just didn't care for the consistency of it. I also grabbed a croissant with a spicy sausage and cheese inside, that was pretty good. Service was great! I would have to visit and try something else. read more

This was my first time going that deep into Pearland and this coffee shop is a gem. There's not a lot of parking or tables, but the drinks was quite flavorful. I got the magnolia which is a coffee milk tea. It was light and not too sweet and definitely kept me caffeinated. There were charging ports against the wall. The noise level fluctuated so it's a great place to talk to people or just work/study. I didn't try any foods here but their display pastries look yummy. The drink came out quickly. We are happy to see this new coffee shop opened nearby. This morning we used the drive thru to get our morning coffee because we are out of creamer at home. Lol! I ordered the large hot SouthDown, one of their featured drinks. It was tasty but hard to describe. I'd definitely order it again, but... it was lukewarm warm. :/ We told the lady who took our order that it was our first time at their place. I wish she'd been more helpful with suggestions and more high energy about our patronage. When at the window she handed us the device that asks for a tip, something I hate! I am a generous tipper when served but resent being asked to tip in situations like this. I'd rather the owner properly pay the workers and adjust pricing accordingly. We'll be back to try again. Early lack luster experiences with new places are often due to newness. So... 4 stars gives the benefit of the doubt and it meant to encourage improvements. read more

I really like the coffee here - it tastes pretty sweet which is exactly how I like it. I got the London Fog one time and the viet coffee and you can't go wrong with either. I also like how simple the inside feels (very down to earth and chill in regards to the decor and style). I also liked the array of big tables, small tables, and high top bar seating. It's a perfect place to study or chit chat with a small group of friends. The service was also great as they gave me good recs for what to get. The one downside is the parking because it's usually always busy, and the lot is so small. read more

I had it without, but perhaps this combination needed a milk (or milk alternative) to take down some of the acidity. (For reference I normally take my iced americanos black or with a very light splash of oatmilk.) I stopped by to get coffee on the way to Killen's BBQ. I think there's also another BBQ spot directly next door here. I got a cappuccino and my eating partner got an iced coffee. The barista was nice. They have oat milk! It was just over $10 for the two drinks. It was nice and quiet inside with some seating. I saw some people on their laptops, so maybe it's a nice place to get some work done. There is a parking lot, but it's not really paved. read more

The place was serving take away through a window during covid, is now fully operational. Still holding the same charm and friendly staff, on a lighter note I missed the huge coffee cup painting they had in there. Got the coffee with extra espresso shot, and one latte, and of course the chocolate croissant to go with it. Nothing can beat a freshly brewed coffee to wake up all your senses . I read an interesting article the other day regarding Starbucks' recent stock drops over the past couple quarters. I am wholly convinced that Pearland Coffee Roasters is directly responsible for this, and for good reason. The baristas are friendly and consistently great at their job. Their roasted beans are hard to beat. And the interior has a perfect mixture of "neighborhood coffee shop" and that slight hint of swanky industrial vibe to which all the "cooler than thou" coffee shops adhere, but without the drama and unnecessary sassiness. Also, they make great flat whites. And cortados. I don't judge, and neither does PCR. read more

Came on a Saturday morning and this place is bumping! There are seating but they get taken up pretty quickly. I was able to snatch a table while waiting for my coffee and my friends, as a group was leaving. There is a bar stool seating behind the coffee counter. The line to order moves pretty quickly so don't get discouraged if you walk in and think it's going to take a long time. They have pastries and breakfast tacos! More like breakfast burritos because they are pretty big but oh so delicious! I got the bacon, egg, and cheese taco that came with green sauce ( my fave). It might have been big but trust me no crumble was left behind. I ordered the Irish cream latte with oatmilk and decaf. It's on their seasonal menu so make sure you grab it before it's gone! I brought my own 16oz coffee mug and they were able to put my coffee in it. Love that so I don't waste a cup and one less cup to the landfills. It was sooooooo delicious!!!!! I so want to come back and get it again! The parking lot is not small but definitely not big enough for the amount of people that go there. Definitely will make another visit out here! read more

I normally enjoy this place and the baristas are usually nice but today, (2/5/25) the staff was cold and unfriendly which normal I wouldn't care about but I was GIVEN the wrong food order and didn't notice until I got to my office. Luckily it's near by so I ran back up to return the wrong order and retrieve the correct order when I was greeted with a stale face barista that scolded me for TAKING the wrong order despite being handed that one.
