I tried the Parker location on a whim because I pass it every day on my way to work. The entrance to the parking lot is an absolute mess with giant potholes that will damage your car. The staff was friendly and helpful and made navigating the treacherous parking lot worth it. I enjoyed the music as I drove up to the drive thru. I tried the Caramel Blondie iced which was really good. The chocolate croissant was yummy too. I joined their rewards program and downloaded the app to take advantage of a free medium drink and returned the next day. I tried the Mexican Mocha iced which was pretty underwhelming with a lack of the promised cinnamon and almond flavors. The blueberry lemon cake slice appeared to have been refrigerated and was cold and kind of stale which was frustrating. Overall a decent plate to get coffee but not one of my top choices in the Parker area. read more

Service was extremely slow...we waited 25 minutes for two coffees. Employees prioritized the drive through and ignored people waiting at the counter. Also, restroom towel dispenser didn't work...just overall a very poor experience and turned us off from ever going there again. read more

The good: I liked how they had a drive-thru and how quickly they made the drink. I liked the seasonal flavor options. They also have pastries. I got the peppermint blondie drink iced in a small. I had the option to get it blended or hot. They had festive winter holiday cups. A size small was larger than I expected and my drink was not predominated by ice cubes. The holiday sprinkles on top made it festive and fun. The bad: They asked if I wanted whipped cream and sprinkles. I said yes but they forgot to put it on so I asked for it afterward. The whipped cream didn't have much flavor and tasted the way Cool Whip does. My drink was messy with coffee dripping outside of the cup that dirtied my cup holder. The drink was definitely too sweet (perhaps from the peppermint syrup). The interesting: They had a basket of merchandise on display outside of the drive-thru window. I've never seen this before! The drive-thru lane is adjacent to the lane to get a car wash so be careful. read more

This Black Rock is a great place to pop on your headphones, use some ok speed wifi, and get some work done outside of the house. It's clean, comfortable, bright, and the service is friendly. For some reason, the drinks here often end up leaking or having a lid that doesn't fit well, but that's more of a manufacturing issue than a reflection of the drinks and workers here. Especially if you work remotely and just need an occasional change of scenery to work from your laptop, this is one of the best places in Parker to do it and get some caffeine at the same time. read more

Although Yelp lists them as Closed, they are having their Grand Opening this weekend and this isy 2nd visit. This is an interesting BR. They share a drive with a car wash (also new) and you have to to get in the left lane to go through drive through. Not a lot of parking, but the inside is nice and has a lot of seating. Great to see a new drive-thru coffee shop in the area! I would say the coffee is not bad, consistent with other chains but what I really love here is their pastries and energy drinks! I highly recommend hopping online and checking their secret menu for a wide range of flavor combos! Their Sweet Pea, Mai Tai and Peach Bless are my favorites! Some people do not like the organic fuel they have, but I personally prefer it a little better as it tends to not give me a crash! read more

I did really enjoy my breakfast burrito while I was here and the coffee was pretty good too - albeit served scalding hot. Not something I would probably go out of my way for but also not a place I would avoid either, if that makes sense. Our orders were completed really fast but it was also fairly empty when we were there. The interior was clean with lots of seating. Prices were decent. The merch was really cute... Excited to see another coffee place pop up down Parker. Getting here I passed by three other coffee places which are all big box brands. I went for the grand opening some time ago and ordered the blackout which is a hazelnut latte. I love a good dose of hazelnut and this did not do the trick. Coffee had a slimy texture and lacked hazelnut flavor. Not sure how far in advance the coffee was made because it certainly had the characteristics of hanging out for quite some time. Still curious about this place because other items on the menu have piqued my interest. However I wouldn't put any emphasis on returning any time soon. The inside of the shop looks really cool though. With coffee in its namesake you would think the coffee drinks are the star and that's a negative Ghostrider. read more

One coffee down but many more to go. I tried their top drink iced caramel blondie and it's great! Coffee is very smooth and the caramel gives it a nice sweetness. I was able to swing by on free shirt day and LOVE the design. We needed a coffee place in Parker that also has food, I'll be back to try some of the food items soon. read more

Got the wrong order, mentioned it & the green haired girl seemed very upset about it. I said it was fine & just kept the wrong order. The drink tasted like crap. Am a frequent customer but each time I get my drink it is made differently. Sometimes it has orange juice sometimes apple juice sometimes nothing. Today it just tasted off. I have to say this place has had some positives and negatives to begin with. I feel that their coffee and staff could significantly improve considering where the level of customer service is hanging at right now. I like the environment they have as it is very much what I would call industrial but also kinda of mountain like. This past year at the DCSD Parker Bridge program I came down with my class and I really enjoyed the coffee I ordered. I would like to see some half bigger changes to staffing and cleanliness as well as customer service. read more

So first off the coffee here is really good, the problem here is the inconsistency of service. I order the same thing basically every time and half the time they just disregard what I asked for. For example I'll get a cold brew with a flavor and cold foam (both of which cost extra money), they'll hand me a plain cold brew like nothing was wrong. I'm so hesitant to even say that anything is wrong so when I very nicely have to be like this isn't what I ordered and they act as if I've inconvenienced them and that I'm the problem it really hurts the experience. There's other times where we've ordered two drinks and they combine elements from each order and both drinks will be wrong. If this happened once or twice I'd be like no big deal but it seems that it's been happening more and more, to where it's hit or miss every time we go. There's a select few of employees who are great, but the majority of them seem to not put much care towards what they're doing and could be a little nicer to customers who just want their drink as ordered. We really do love blackrock but would like to see the customer service and reliability improve. read more

I have gone here in the morning before work for the past couple days and all I have to say is WOW. My first time in the barista was super nice and they had my drink out quickly! Today, the girl was so super sweet when I told her it was just my 2nd time and even started giving recommendations. I love that!!! When I had selected my drink flavors she even advised an add on that made it so much better. Not to mention it's always clean and well kept. Very cozy... not in a small way, it's homey! drinks were good, food would've been better if it was warmed like we requested when we ordered. bread was nearly frozen and incredibly dry. croissant was extremely crumbly and the chocolate was like a tootsie roll, just hard and chewy on the inside. customer service was mid at best, if we could take the tip off we would. started by waiting 5 minutes to even be greeted by one of 3 employees and when i told them the name of my pickup order, they gave me no information about how long it would be or if they'd even started. they set a coffee down in front of me and i grabbed it, thinking it was part of my order (wasn't sure what other people in my group ordered) and got attitude for touching someone else's cup, because once again, not one employee told me any information about the status of my order. this was our first time here and doubt any of us will be back which is sad because the coffee was actually pretty good. wannabe alternative dutch bros at best ‍ read more
