We had to replace my machine and have been dreading going to the mall to do it-for a few months, because I didn't want to go near that place around the holidays. The store is thoughtfully laid out with every kind of coffee you could conceivably imagine, neat-fully stacked almost ceiling high. Nespresso has coffees available from around the world but primarily focus on the European style Nespresso coffees. The coffee makers and accessories are placed in throughout the small store in elegant fashion and are geared towards the true coffee aficionado. The staff were all wearing very sharp black suits that gave the store that extra touch of class. They were also extremely well versed in their craft and very sociable. If you're in the mood to do some coffee tasting of their new product they have a dedicated bar for that. It's the one straight across as you walk in. What really amazes me here is their wall of coffee pods. Each boxes are color-coded and the staff here are experts in them. They're called sleeves. Pricey boxes or sleeves. You can easily walk out of here with a $200+ bill. Easy! Smells like coffee heaven here anytime. I've been here a few times and the staff is always delightful to deal with and getting what I need is a seamless process. I really like this boutique. Yes, this is pretty much the only Nespresso boutique for miles, so I have to like it. Otherwise, I will be stuck just ordering online. But I really like this one. I heard so much about the limited edition pumpkin spice one so I drove all the way here to pick some up, but I really wanted to try it first before I loaded up on the capsules. Only one word comes to mind when I think of this place: pretentious. I was excited to finally check out this store after I finally got a Nespresso machine, & may stick to online shopping from now on. The assistant manager who helped me was anything but friendly - pretty snooty & acted like I was inconveniencing him with his questions. I received a $10 off 50 capsule coupon in my new machine's box & wasn't sure if the Park Meadows location counted as a boutique (which was included in the coupon) or a retail store (which was excluded in the coupon). I first ordered a 10-shot sleeve & then decided to ask about the coupon, & he very rudely told me, "If you read the coupon it says you have to have a minimum order". Yes, I knew that as the coupon is blatantly clear about that... I do think that Nespresso's recycling program is amazing though, & picked up my recycling bags today. I am a convert from Keurig and can never go back. We bought a Nespresso Next with a frother a few months ago and I had a bunch of pods I wanted to recycle. The store is every clean, has a tasting area, lots of great accessories and every kind of coffee you could want. It's a super popular store and had a line but everyone was making sure the store wasn't over crowded and extra clean. Normally I refill my stock via an online order--super easy, quick delivery, etc. However, today I decided to brave Park Meadows mall and see the difference of ordering in person. I'll tell you a secret... I almost planned a trip to Colorado just to visit this Nespresso store since we don't have any in Utah. Lol! Luckily my husband had some training to do here and I got to tag along. Haha! The store is located inside the Park Meadows mall so I was able to shop at other stores as well. I've been to a few Nespresso shops (mostly out of the country) but one thing is always the same, I am greeted right when I walk in and offered a drink. What's not to love?! This location was no different. Kind and attentive workers. Clean and well kept. The lady who greeted me didn't even have time to apologize for not being able to help me straight away before a cashier was available. Lol! Let's go to the mall! I converted to the Nespresso system a couple of years ago. Since I work from home, perking up a pot of coffee meant making at least for cups but drinking maybe two. I like the Nespresso pod system. Although it's a closed loop, the pods are recyclable and the coffee itself compostable. Just bring your spent pods to the boutique or send them via a prepaid UPS bag. Going to the mall boutique gives me an opportunity to try new and different varieties, shop for accessories, then pick up my new sleeves. Services is always fast and efficient.
