From start to finish the Nespresso employees are always welcoming and kind. I was there to get just one sleeve on a not busy at all Thursday morning...but as soon as the barista saw that i was waiting to make my purchase, she came over and offered me one of three seasonal brews and told me to go ahead and stay where i was and she would bring it over to me. The woman helping me with my sleeve purchase was so charming and personable. As soon as I was done making my purchase I thoroughly enjoyed my seasonal black double espresso! If you are in need of ANY Nespresso products please come to the Park Meadows location! They are amazing!!

Love love love this coffee so much! I have finally discovered that this is the best tasting home brewed coffee! I love how elegant and professional the store and staff are and very friendly and very helpful with any questions you might have! They had amazing Black Friday deals and I couldn't pass it up! The atmosphere feels like your picking a Wand in the land of Harry Potter lol! Very interesting and I love the feeling and experience so much! Never going back to Kureig again lol!

Excellent location and extremely busy, long line to receive a complimentary coffee and to make purchases. One good thing is that an associate came down the line and asked each customer what type of complimentary coffee they wanted to be able to enjoy while in line-nice touch! Associates, especially Steve, we're very professional, friendly and efficient.

While the service moves a little slower than a hurried person would want, they make this feel like an experience. They always have a lovely selection of new variety of complimentary coffees to try and the employees ask everyone what they can get while they're waiting in line. The staff checking everyone out is so nice. Jordan helped me out and was cheerful and funny, and gave some great recommendations. I love going here !

Such a great experience however very small so you might catch your self waiting in line for a bit. They have provide a tasting with an experienced barista super knowledgeable. Coffee lovers this is the place to be. Every associates were friendly and I can't wait till they open one in Denver metro area.

We used to order our Nespresso pods online, but then ran out...and in an utter caffeine emergency, we discovered this shop. Now this is the Nordstrom of coffee shops! From the time you walk in you're treated like royalty! We're offered fresh espresso right away, brought to you while you order your coffee. As you approach the counter, you're greeting as a client, not just a customer. They have your details, favorites and free samples with your order. We actually switched to Nespresso to save money and get away from the Bigbucks coffees, but now feel like the 'rich folk' every time we swing by!

The coffee is good, though it would be nice if they didn't charge extra for non-dairy milk, which can feel unfair to people with allergies or those choosing plant-based options. I've also noticed that prices seem to have increased again! Overall, this is a place we enjoy and will continue to visit. We just hope they'll consider addressing these small issues.

I could have easily gone to one of the coffee shops I already knew but that simply wasn't a satisfying thought to be frank. I bothered to google search to find something new for me to experiment/experience. I did the right thing. Getting here was a bit tricky. My GPS took me to a different building which I knew wasn't the right place. I almost left without making any further effort but good thing that I remained resilient in my quest. At last, I finally came to the right building. "Is this a church?" was what I thought once I was inside the building. Well, precisely speaking, it's a grad school (Augustine Institute; if you get lost like I did due to my inaccurate GPS directions, put Augustine Institute in your map), an institution where students major in Catholic apostolate. But you need not worry what your religious views or background is. The coffee shop has a very welcoming atmosphere where all are welcome and accepted no matter what you are. Such feeling came when Jack, the kind and warm hearted barista upfront, not only asked me my name but also introduced himself to me like a good neighbor does. What an ice breaker it was to warm me up upon arrival. The customer service is simply impeccable here. I ordered a cappuccino. And to go along with the caffeine, I got me the ham & cheese croissant. And to enjoy this place fully I opted for dine in (as I was not in a hurry.) There was another young man upfront alongside Jack. That young man brought me my cappuccino to my table. Later, Jack brought me my croissant. I really liked the way they warmed up my savory. They used a panini maker to press it down so the croissant was flattened to fairly thin. All the ingredients were nice and warm to the right temperature. I still tasted the flaky croissant on the outside. I've never seen a croissant served like this so I found it to be very creative. My cappuccino tasted wonderfully. Whereas I do like the bitter coffee taste sometimes I prefer it to be mellowed out by whatever the dairy product they use so it's creamy to some extent. Since I asked for whole milk (as Jack asked me what kind of mild I wanted) the kind of milk I chose was just the right kind to make my cappuccino to be the perfection of artisan coffee. Quiet and cozy with comfort seatings through, my late morning coffee time was simply perfect.

I've tried several and they're all so good it's tough to pick a favorite - real green tea with red bean paste? Mango cheesecake? Monster cookies & cream? Or the special Dubai chocolate? You really can't go wrong. The mini sulbing is good for an individual, the regular size is great for sharing! The fish buns are also highly recommended. It's a bit impersonal in that you don't have to interact with anyone at all - order at the kiosk and when your order is ready, your order number will appear on the board - ready to pick up your tray for dine-in or bag for a to-go order. It would even be a good place to study/work since it's pretty quiet. inside.
