The cashier made instructions for 1 shot in total and the barista wound up only giving me one shot. I caught it, questioned it, and the barista proceeded to add two shots to the cup, but I was nettled the barista gave no acknowledgment to my grateful, "Thank you." The server only wordlessly shot an annoyed look at the cashier's direction and wouldn't verbally interact or make eye contact with me anymore. I know I was only charged for one shot instead of an extra shot on top of what should've been the two regular shots. But the barista was rude on top of their team member's initial mistake. Their openly accusatory behavior towards the cashier wasn't a fun watch either. Moreover, both the cashier and the barista disappeared while the drive-thru cashier was obviously busy (maybe they ducked into a backroom to hash out how they had another wrong order, who knows). So I couldn't ask for a cardboard sleeve that was missing from the self-serve area. I burned my fingers on my walk back home even with the napkin I had wrapped around the cup. I'm new to the neighborhood, but with the other reviews in addition to my own first-time experience, I'll stick to cheaper coffee fixes at home. I decided I'll never come back. Like others have clearly said many times over, the service here needs improvement. p.s. Btw, I used to work at a coffee shop as a cashier and barista. No matter how tired or bothered or whatever I was, I never acted like this with or around customers.

I had been dreaming of that decadent Caramel Brûlée latte engulfing my taste buds, and then sliding down my esophagus into my tummy! Sounds quite yummy if I do say so myself. The young lady working the drive-through and I spoke about the wonderful day, and how she hadn't seen me in a while. I had been around, but we just hadn't seen one another. I loved that she remembered me! I am a BIG beautiful man with a love for Starbucks, they are just the best! I got home, and the anticipation was growing. I could smell that delicious Caramel Brûlée latte as the sweet aroma filled my home. I put the latte down, threw off my coat, and disaster struck.... What could it be? My coat grabbed the delicious decadent Caramel Brûlée latte and tumbled it to the floor. As I stood there in awe, I started crying. How could this happen? It had been what felt like an aeon since a caramel brûlée latte had kissed my lips. However, I couldn't let disaster win! My name is Ryan, and I am a BIG beautiful man who also just happens to love Starbucks! I can't let this one mistake ruin my day! I pulled myself from self-defeat, and used Mel Robbins' 5-second rule to move forward. 5...4...3...2...1... GO! I grabbed microfiber clothes and cleaned up the mess. I literally got down on the floor (something that beautiful men don't often do) and wiped up the Caramel Brûlée latte. However, this only made my desire bigger. The sweet aroma filled my nose, and dopamine started firing off in my brain. I thought to myself, I want that Caramel brûlée Latte, I want it badly. I want it in my mouth, I'm feeling caffeine-deficient. What to do? Oh yes! My friends at Starbucks are wonderful people! They don't just make delicious coffee, they are also delightful to conduct business with. I know what I need to do. I jumped into my Honda and careened back to Starbucks. I jumped out of the car and started skipping into the store! I have friends that work there! They will help me out! I got to the counter, my tears had dried. I explained that I was so excited to drink my delicious Caramel Brûlée latte, and that I accidentally spilled it all over the floor. Now that I think about it, I should have swum in the latte that spilled on the floor rather than cleaning it up. The baristas commented, "Are you sure you didn't just want to see us again?" GUILTY! I do love them! The Starbucks team helped me out and replaced my delicious Caramel Brûlée Latte! I got home with my replaced latte, and the true holiday season had started. My tummy was full, my body was energized, and my emotions were filled with joy and happiness, and it's all thanks to this Starbucks crew! Thank you, Arapahoe and Syracuse Starbucks! Haven't tried their coffee yet but it appears they use Corba coffee since they sell it in bags. Weird thing is they hosted a piano recital in their space. It was odd people standing up everywhere taking videos of their kids playing the portable keyboard/piano. Not sure if this happens weekly. Guess we should have asked. Vibe was full of cacophony and kids everywhere. Definitely not what I expected but guess we got to be part of a surprise (at least for us) recital.

From the second we walked in, the energy was awesome. So welcoming and friendly! They walked us through one of the specials in the kindest, most charming way. Patient, just that person behind the counter who somehow makes your morning better and you're not even sure how. That was Tyler! The coffee was obviously super great as always! I'm super basic so I had an americano and it was perfect. The burritos are elite. Griddled so the outside is crisp! They have multiple salsa options, and one of them is decently hot! We ordered 3 drinks and 1 chocolate waffle. The chocolate waffles in the pics on their website were nice and dark looking with a rich cocoa experience. What I received was a tannish waffle with zero cocoa or chocolate flavor. When my husband went back in to ask about it the employees insisted it was chocolate and so he asked if they'd let him exchange it for the original one and they said "only if you buy a new one". He said "we just wouldn't have ordered chocolate if it had no flavor, can we please switch?" And they again refused unless we purchased a different one. We also had brought it back in so they knew we weren't trying to be shady. I got a brown sugar milk tea and it tasted so watery. We also got a sparkling lychee drink and it had almost no ice and was bitter. It didn't really look like its picture either, not sure if they made it right. We got a sparkling mango drink and it was much nicer so 1/4 things was pleasant. Over all these 4 items were $32 before tax and tip and I'm so disappointed that they just do not care at all about customers satisfaction or making quality food and drinks at these prices. Probably the worst tea shop experience of my life because they don't want to fix anything if someone isn't satisfied with a reasonable request.

I placed my order online (the fees and tax and tip made a $5 chai latte come to almost $9 though but I think that's just the area) and the woman working waited until I arrived to make it so that it wouldn't get cold. she was so quick though! and while I was waiting, I noticed some packaged French cookies that were vegan so I ended up grabbing some of those and they and the latte were both delicious! and the woman was very friendly and helpful. I think I've found my spot! I will definitely be back and am excited to check out the grocery store and other menu items.

Two young women greeted us, were friendly in nature and offered great suggestions off their summer menu! I settled for an iced cold brew with butter pecan syrup, while mom sampled their iced pomagrante caramel latte - which was sweet, sour and the perfect mixture of delicious! The interior is cozy yet, spacious and offered the best AC which we happily enjoyed. Seating is a bit limited but with the outdoor space, it feels much larger and the perfect spot to work or read! We sipped on the cold drinks out by the pond before heading home. All in all, I'd easily return again to this little slice of paradise in the city!
