The gentleman working the coffee counter was friendly and quick with our orders. We took our drinks to go since it's just too hot in Conroe summers to sit outside, but I can easily picture myself coming back in the fall for a cold brew or hot coffee in cooler weather. We are in our 60's, not exactly threatening and there was absolutely no reason for him to be that rude. I did a pick up order early this morning at the window, I received my drinks upon arrival & I was just waiting for my breakfast sandwiches to be done. I had no problem with waiting , I just had noticed that my sandwiches happened to have been done. She announced that they were done , and I just continued to wait. After a few mins, I just asked politely ( since no one was behind me & I saw my items had been done ) if she wouldn't mind handing me the sandwiches. She turned around and said " Give me a sec, I'm doing my job".. then handed me the sandwiches. Which I found to be so rude and not kind to a simple ask. It wasn't busy, it was just me.. the sandwiches had been done for moment .. to where asking politely to grab them, didn't seem like an issue. But I guess it was for her.

More than other coffee shops in the area. And the last 2 times I went inside, it was quite chaotic. The experience started as soon as we walked in with the sophisticated yet simple ambiance and a sweet greeting from everyone in the front of house and quick seating by Savannah. We had been reviewing the menu on our drive there so we ordered pretty quickly and the drinks were served first! YUM-o. (The photos don't reflect the sweet and robust coffee flavor but they are not lacking) My girl got the Iced Coconut Latte and I opted for the Churro. Although sweeter than my usual pick I was not disappointed. For our bites to start the day I chose the Rome while my girl devoured the Tokyo LA w/egg and salmon. The delivery of both dishes had us salivating! I sadly failed to record my "Smokey" delivery of Rome but I will be back for this! #iykyk The unveiling of my dish let the smokey aroma explode and drew me into the dish and made me sad for that last bite!
