Instead, yesterday, I received coffee I neither ordered nor wanted. Getting through to customer service was very difficult. Each time I called, I was on hold for 15 or 20 seconds then told to leave a message. The representative to whom I eventually spoke essentially said (and I'm paraphrasing), "Tough luck." After pressing hard for some consideration, the manager said that the best she could do is offer a credit for one of the pounds of coffee I didn't order or want. I should have received what I ordered, been contacted that my order would not be fulfilled and why, or been credited for the coffee I neither ordered nor would drink. I have quit my membership and urge others to demand good service or quit as well.

This year, she had them send a gift package to us for Christmas and Wow! First, the presentation is beautiful and impressive. Second (and, of course, most importantly), the coffee is fabulous! I'm not a coffee gourmet but I do usually buy the "good stuff" from Trader Joe's and grind my own. This stuff from Blue Stilly is so obviously freshly ground and so full of flavor that I don't have to wonder at all why she loves it. I made it a point to look on Yelp to see if this business is listed because I wanted to write them a 5-Star review. Very few companies deserve 5-Stars as much as this one! Kudos to you, Blue Stilly!

But I'm glad we tried them! I got a White Raspberry Mocha, my dad got the Almond Caramel Latte, and my sister got the decaf version of his drink. Everything was delicious and at perfect temperatures. We asked for a dog treat for our puppy and she gave us a bone topped with whipped cream. Super cute! Great place to swing through if you're in the area.
