For a business run for decades they should take a credit card for convenience. If this business is on repeat business then I think if you happen to get a clean chimmey which does not need too much or any cleaning at you should say so and charge accordingly. Ryan showed up the next day which was very short notice that I had given him and did his inspection and report. Ryan's inspection report was amazingly detailed with photo's and notes on all of the problems he found during that day on the homes fireplaces. As well he supplied a detailed estimate on the repairs. He took time out to call me and explain what he had found, and explained what would be needed to be repaired. He saved me thousands of dollars that I would have not known about by not having this inspection done. I booked the furnace and duct cleaning service for Tuesday, Jan. 14th. They provided a window…read morebetween 12 and 5 p.m. and texted me a reminder a day prior, which I confirmed. They called and texted me at 11 am to see if the technician could arrive earlier which I declined. Called me again at 11:30 am for the same thing. The technician called me at 11:54 saying he was at the site. It's my investment property and I don't live at the service location. I told him that I was on my way and should be there in 15 minutes. They called me at 12:06 saying the technician had left because I was booked for the starting 11:30 am window which was completely wrong. They pushed me to come early and I dropped everything to be there. I reached my home by 12:10 but they couldn't wait another 4 minutes and counted me responsible. They could not wait a few more minutes when I told them that I was on my way and should be there in 5 minutes but they wanted to be there about an hour earlier. What kind of appointment system are they following? I had a bad experience earlier too and took it lightly but the repeated bad experience forced me to write another review separately.

Since 2013 I've been calling these guys to do the job and never had any issues nor concerns about their services, based on my experience they always come on time and sometimes they will call you if they could come earlier to do the service, if you're available. but in my case I always end up on my appointment time. Even when the igniter of my furnace got busted and need to be replaced, they're the ones I called and the guys were very knowledgeable on the things that they were doing, Special mention to Pat who's been my Technician since 2016 and what a funny guy! and Brad as well. I could say, I trust Advanpro for keeping my furnace up and running smoothly and clean. it's about time for me to give this company a good review. Looking forward for future services. Thanks guys!

We had a duct cleaning in December 2025. We have a 1 year…read moreold new furnace, they say they had to cut 2 holes in the metal to apply the vacuum system, we have had to retape the outer patch they foil taped on as it was making noise, not impressed with that. The bigger issue is there is no difference we have dust particles on items in the house, speakers laptops etc so it was 300+ dollars poorly spent never using again.
