The employees were all very professional and knowledgeable. They talked me through all of the issues that could be addressed to make my home more energy efficient and the steps needed to be prepared for the installation. They photographed all areas that were inspected before and after installation. They took care of all logistics and financial coordination of the program and laid it out for me in their co-construct website. They did a great job installing insulation in my basement and attic along with upgraded ducting as required. I paid half of the cost up front and the rest after completion. The whole process was relatively easy. I do wish that the co-construct website would go to a read only mode to access and review documentation, at least for a period of time after the work is complete, so I recommend downloading all materials while you have access. I'm writing this review in response to work I had done several years ago. This was, by far, the…read moreworst experience I've ever had with a contractor. I had a sunroom redone -- new floor, new support posts, ceiling, lighting, etc. During the entire process, Bob was extremely unpleasant, to put it mildly. That would be fine, if the work was done well. It most certainly was not. The floor was a complete disaster. A wide plank floor with gaps up to 1/8" in between planks. A sanding and stain job that looked like it was done by someone who's never installed a floor before. Sanding circles all over the floor and bubbles in the poly virtually everywhere. The ceiling planks weren't installed properly and separated and cracked just days after install. The drywall repair was done horribly, the mud wasn't sanded properly and they painted over everything before it dried. To top it all off, they initially put in the wrong supports under the sunroom, only to replace them with the "proper" ones that they decided to cut too short, causing the entire room to separate from the house by about 1/4". For you own sake, if you're reading this review please stay away from these clowns.

We didn't even end up replacing all of them giving our time expectations to remain in the dwelling. The subcontractor who came was young but friendly and was able to replace the windows in a short period of time. He claimed he was capable of doing that work and we hired him in good faith. He made some egregious errors which caused flooding and water damage that was discovered in 2024. Uber our toilet the blocking was gone and the hole under our toilet was too big. He also never sealed the toilet in the floor so you could just wiggle it around in the bathroom floor! A professional contractor would never make these mistakes. Water leaked underneath our bathroom, kitchen, and dining room floors and they all had to be torn out. We had to pay for the repairs out of our own pocket so we are currently $30,000 in debt. We are still fighting with his insurance to pay for this! DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN.

Bad points about the job, he left shims sticking out from the countertops, which caused a space between the countertops and cabinets. I already bought thin cove molding to fill in that space once the shims were cut off. He kept telling me he would take care of it but never did. I oginally wanted small 4" X 4" tiles to be used as a backslash, but he talked me into getting bigger tiles. I don't what kind of caulking product he used but the tiles are now separating from the countertop, now I'm going have to hire someone to recaulk them. I was going to hire him for another job for painting a bedroom and to put flooring in a closet. He was telling me , I should buy new baseboards, my wood baseboards are in good condition but just needed a paint job. I wanted vinyl sheeting in a small closet off the bedroom because there is a water heater in that closet, which had carpet and was pulled up because of a water leak from the water heater. He told me he wouldn't put vinyl sheet flooring in that closet. He told me to buy vinyl plank which I did which was not cost effective for a small closet. When I told him I was buying my carpet from Home depot or Lowes, he told me so you are going to trust them to lay the carpet. He told me he could bring some carpet samples for me to look at which will be cheaper then Lowes or Home depot and that he would put the carpet in. He never bought me any carpet samples to look at. He tries to manipulate you into buying things that is not necessary and costs effective. New baseboards went back to the store and so did the vinyl plank that I bought. Bedroom and baseboards now painted, vinyl sheet used for the flooring in the small closet, new door built to my water heater closet and carpet installed by Lowes.

Most notable and dramatic is that they repaired the spa platform crossbeams to something that is definitely aesthetically better looking! They did a lot of cleanup work such as sanding off chalk, and pencil lines previously left behind. They cleaned off the residual cardboard from the sono tube support pillars. But I think one of the most impressive things of all is that they literally raked out all the residual stone, debris and shale that had been left under the spa and deck. My wife was much happier with this result, and I'm grateful to them for following through on these issues. I've posted pictures of the cleanup work that was done by them today.

The work area was left so that we could resume a normal daily lifstyle. Jack was there onsite thruout the demolition cycle of the project as was the project manager, Tom. The estimate came way below the other 2 we got. We didn't go with them because if price.... but the initial inspection. The crew of 5 guys were amazing. They arrived at 8 and got right to work after setting up. No radios, no one smoking and no breaks till 12 noon. An hour tonthe minute they were back to work. We had an issue with wood roof members and I decided to re apply the entire roof with new wood. We weren't taken advantage of and still came below the other estimates. Clean up at 6 each night WS done in a manner you'd never really know they were there. When we needed the additional wood it arrived in time for the install.
