It was a straightforward rear end collision requiring bumper replacement and straightening out the hatchback door along with the requisite paint work. While the work was done, it was by no means looking like new (unlike others here have experienced). The fit and finish overall is just off enough to be noticeable. Door is just out of alignment and just doesn't open and close as smooth. Same with the bumper alignment. Lastly, paint job looks a little sloppy and now after a few years it is showing signs of flaking.
