Aaron and Curtis from service help everything go extremely smooth, and went out of their way to make sure that at all times I was kept up to date with the process of the work being done on my bike! this is gonna be the first time I've ever done a review on Yelp last year around May 2025 I had…read morepurchased a Honda ADV 160 motor scooter love the bike, but I needed a helmet all the ones they had on hand were too small so they ordered me one when it came in. It was still too small. Guess I have a fat head lol so I told them let's order the next size up and they told me no problem but when I asked about my money back of a little over $121 or apply it to the one coming in the parts guy now tells me different from before I ordered it. There are no refunds so now I'm stuck with a helmet that I can't wear or my wife for $121 so I went elsewhere and ordered me a helmet that came in and it fit. The color practically matched my bike, so I'm thrilled from there now I know I read Yelp before I went to buy, and I really should've listened to my gut instinct because most of the problems fell in the parts department and repair. I guess they call it service dept. so I went to the manager and said is this how you treat your customers now I'm stuck with a helmet that I can't wear for $121 and I told him if this is the way you're gonna deal with me then I'm not gonna be coming back here. He actually laughed at me and said we get that from customers all the time you'll be back I have not set foot in that place since because I mean what I say and I say what I mean I know it's a quote from Horton the elephant lol. and I think the worst part of the whole experience was the bike was priced at 4470.65 but by time they got done with all their fees and everything it ended up $8513.39 on the Yelp before I purchased. I got warned about how their feet crazy there they weren't kidding $510 delivery service charge $450.99 for electronic registration filing fee freight charge was $1200. I'm thinking that's inflated because of our illustrious leaders tariff war lol then $530 service contract $700 gap insurance which I got insured on my insurance the next day I never saw anything back from that $700 dollar 50 for lead acid battery fee and $28.35 for a new tire fee bar in mind this bike is brand new zero mileage of course it's gonna have new tires but pay a fee on it when they came with it so total cost brought it up to that $8513.39. from now on, I will definitely check Yelp and take it a little bit more serious instead of a discouraged buyer or customer and put a little more research and thought into it. and if you think I'm making this up, here's a photo of the sales receipt fee fees and things. I don't understand why they're charging me for, but I really wanted the bike because I knew we were gonna have gas prices going up and I called that one unfortunately and at 124 miles to the gallon, but I actually get 87.5 because you have road and wind and weight that apparently they don't consider when claiming that mileage!!! don't get me wrong there ain't nothing wrong with this bike. It's beautifully made and runs outstandingly, but like the upset and I reiterate, it's the parts and service department. You're gonna wanna stay away from that.

Rob in Sales is a super-nice guy. Dawn in F & I was a delight. Chris, the Parts Manager took care of me with the purchase of some accessories. After Dawn and I completed our paperwork, Rob and Chris securely tied my new machine down in the trailer. I was in and out in under two hours. Due to the dealership's distance from my home, I will likely not be utilizing their service department. But if I lived closer, I certainly would. Superb experience in every respect. All-in-all, I could not have been more pleased with my experience.

Troy is the owner and head mechanic and very good at serving motorcycles. My wife's Harley Davidson Deluxe was recently due for a service and new back tire so we brought it in. I had made arrangements a few days in advance. The work performed was changing the fork oil, installing brake pads, installing new back tire and a check of all important service items. I dropped the bike off on the afternoon before they were going to service it and they had it ready the next day. We like this shop for Harley service. Many of our friends get their bikes serviced here and they also have a high opinion of the business.
