I had stretch a mechanic from Harley-Davidson install a cam and a new exhaust with high flow oil pump and cam plate. Stretched is an excellent job and the bike runs great! Aaron and Curtis from service help everything go extremely smooth, and went out of their way to make sure that at all times I was kept up to date with the process of the work being done on my bike! When I asked where the price difference was coming from they said tax and fees but the sales guy didn't even know what fees he was charging?? Sales tax on a 1800 dollar bike is barely over 100 bucks so where are the other 2200 dollars in fees coming from?? It's common sense and the math doesn't add up. How do you charge 2200 in fees on an 1800 dollar bike ? It's insulting to me that they think I would be stupid enough to actually pay that much for a Honda Navi!! It's sad that they try to take advantage of new customers in this way.

Rob in Sales is a super-nice guy. Dawn in F & I was a delight. Chris, the Parts Manager took care of me with the purchase of some accessories. After Dawn and I completed our paperwork, Rob and Chris securely tied my new machine down in the trailer. I was in and out in under two hours. Due to the dealership's distance from my home, I will likely not be utilizing their service department. But if I lived closer, I certainly would. Superb experience in every respect. Troy is the owner and head mechanic and very good at serving motorcycles. My wife's Harley Davidson Deluxe was recently due for a service and new back tire so we brought it in. I had made arrangements a few days in advance. The work performed was changing the fork oil, installing brake pads, installing new back tire and a check of all important service items. I dropped the bike off on the afternoon before they were going to service it and they had it ready the next day. We like this shop for Harley service. Many of our friends get their bikes serviced here and they also have a high opinion of the business.
