Mixed results. I had a car tinted a few years ago and everything went smoothly. I went back for some more work with another car a few weeks ago and there were delays with having somebody on site. I had to go back for some re-work. I ended up paying for the highest end nano-ceramic tint for my windshield. Either they didn't give me that, or it does not work. All the people I interacted with were friendly and helpful, but now that I'm out a few weeks and it's now fall, my dashboard still gets super hot. I'm pretty sure it wasn't worth it. read more

After three months with the PPF installed on my vehicle, I have noticed at least 35 issues, including bubbles, scratches, and peeling film across the entire vehicle. So far, none of these have been fixed, even though the shop had my vehicle for a month. The quality of the work is very poor, although the customer service (Brandy) has been good, at that time they don't answer my call or text. I would not recommend anyone take their vehicle there for any work. read more

Had some issues with painted badges. Chipping started about 15 to 20 days after the job completion. I was able to connect with Armando who called me personally after receiving a couple of emails from me about the issues. He let me know that they would not only fix it, but they would order new badges, multi layer the paint and clear coat so this doesnt happen again at no charge. read more

So disappointed. I got a new mom car and was so excited to do a simple and minimal wrap on some chrome pieces. Here are the issues we encountered: 1. When we picked up the car (which was later than when we were initially told it would be done) we noticed bubbles and areas where it was clearly done poorly. 2. We notified them then and there and one of the gentleman told us to just "give it a week" to let it settle. That didn't help. 3. After a week, my husband tried to contact them. They either gave him the run around or didn't respond but eventually sent the owners number after my husband requested it multiple times. 4. My husband contacted the owner who said to bring it in and when my husband tried to schedule that, we never heard back. 5. Lastly, this is our only family car with car seats. When we went to pick up the car, we began taking the car seats out of the other car we borrowed to get out there, and the worker continued to THEN take photos of the wrap job. Why wasn't this done prior to us getting there? PLUS, the pickup was already days delayed. We were treated so poorly and they had no regard for convenience or quality work. I purchased my vehicle on 11/26, went to a detailer(11/28) for a full interior+exterior detail + clay bar + paint correction, and brought my car into Blackout the following Monday. Previously on the phone, I was quoted $500 for the 5 windows (XPEL XR Plus) and $200 for the tail light tint over the phone. Came in on Monday and guy at desk confirmed with me the tint price which he said $550. I corrected him and said I was quoted $500(you think they would note the price in my profile upon creating an appointment for me). Then asked them if the tint guy can still do my tail lights (Lexus tail lights have ridges that are hard to tint). The owner confirmed and then quoted me $175 instead of $200 (good for me but you'd think they note the price they quote customers). Before leaving, I asked them what time I could pick up my vehicle. They said that the tail light guy would not come until 5:30 (place closes at 5), I told them that it is no rush and I can come back tomorrow. They said I can come at 7:30. I gave them a call at 6:30 to confirm 7:30 pickup and they said yes. Upon arriving, the whole store was closed and no one was there. After I called the number a few times, one of the guys picked up and basically said they f'd up and no one is there. After calling the owner countless times, the guy called me back and said that the owner is not answering his phone. After expressing my frustration to the situation, I let them know that I live far and that my time was basically being wasted. The owner finally picked up and sent out one of his tint guys to get the car for me 30 minutes later. Next morning, I got a chance to inspect my car in the sun and noticed that there were many bubbles under all the tint. There were dust bubbles under all the tint but it was especially bad under the rear tint. The windows were not cleaned properly and I was left with a lot of streaks and water residue on my doors. Additionally, I noticed a part of the leather on the back door was scratched. It was not there before because my vehicle was detailed the day before. I waited two weeks to see if the bubbles will go away before I reached out(see attached screenshots). I brought my car in again for them to address the tint problems and the owner said they would fix it. I waited 2 hours (even after appointment) for them to fix just the rear tint. I brought my vehicle home and noticed that my glass is scratched from them cutting out the tint before applying it on my windshield. On top of that, my trunk had scratches on it which i can only assume it was from the tools that were placed on it while they were working on my car. I did not notice these flaws while I was at the store because I was only paying attention to the tint quality. Again, I had my car detail + paint correction so the scratches were definitely not there before. I'm writing this review after almost three weeks after getting my tint "fixed". The bubbles are still present. I am more than disappointed about the service I received. I would be a fool to bring my vehicle back a third time if every time before I come to them, there was a problem. You think after paying $500 for tint, you would receive professionalism and the highest quality of work... I was polite and professional with them throughout the whole process and received nothing but mid quality work. Unfortunately, I don't think reaching out to the owner again would help and I will have to pay another place to fix my tint. read more

While I was waiting for the delivery of my brand new Model 3 Performance I shopped around for quotes on PPF, Ceramic Coating, Window Tinting and a few other custom modifications. The owner, Armando, from AZ Blackout texted me directly and ended up giving me the cheapest quote. It was nice that the owner was doing the communication. I showed him all the modifications I wanted to do and he said it wouldn't be a problem. When my car delivery date was set I texted Armando and scheduled to bring it in right away. They completed all the projects in about 48 hours. The projects were Full Front PPF, Full Ceramic Coating, Window Tinting (5% rear windows, 15% front windows, 50% windshield), Carbon Fiber wrap over the dash (I didn't like the stock wood grain look), and making the emblems matte black. I brought the car back one week after so they could fix any possible issues with the PPF and wash the car. This was a nice touch on the whole experience. I included a few pictures but as you can see it turned it out amazing. For a very reasonable investment I increased the enjoyment from my car substantially. I think it's well worth the money relative to the value of your car. read more

I paid $600 for a complete detail and nothing was touched besides the paint which might be great? I have to wait till I washer it again and see the hard water spots. They told me the engine and inteywould be cleaned. The engine looks the same and my interior widows still have the same smoke marked from the previous owner .they had the car for two days. Cant even explain my experience here. I used to own a shop back home and would never make promises i couldn't keep or let vehicles leave the way they do. I have had to deal with both owners armando and hector. I brought ny car there in November because of their sales going on. I was supposed to get my front end repainted, hood painted, fenders touched up, and front ppf, which included a full polish and ceramic coating for $2700 on my X3M Comp. The first attempt at repainting my car i got it back with paint missing on the hood, my fenders not touched up at all, and PPf that had about an inch to the corner (Not seemless),water spots all over my roof, and my dash was lit up like a christmas tree. I was pissed so i asked for a refund, they told me no, so i was going to go the route of disputing. Then both owners contacting me telling me they would fix everything and make It right, so i let them. They told me to drop ot off after work, that "Hector would be there" i waited an hour before getting pissed and left. About two hours later from my schedule drop off they blew up my phone. I Agreed on them picking it up, so they did. They had the car for about 2 weeks sitting saying that the the painter is backed up, after me telling them that i was pissed again, letting them know i would pick It up the car was repainted miraculously the next day with clear bra. It doesnt end there... I got the car back a second time with the whole dash lit up, my first drive with the car paint is all chipped off on the front (Because of the paint so thin( some areas through the clear). Thats from normal driving, and my fenders and still not touched up. I took it to another shop they measured the clear level its so thin that they have to repaint it. I still have not received funds back for stuff i paid for and didnt receive on my car. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else! read more
