We were introduced to Andrew and OzBraz at a Tesla meet up. Right away we were impressed with the staff and the facility. The garage is clean and bright and the staff is friendly, and Andrew knows his business. We had a great conversation about putting a clear PPF over a color wrap to help extend it's life. We had our Tesla Y wrapped and were ready for a refresh. Andrew and his folks took good care of us. They removed the old wrap and installed the new wrap in less than a week. We chose to have a clear PPF applied over the color wrap. They suggest that the wrap set for a couple of weeks before the clear PPF is applied, so we took her back a couple weeks later and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. In total, this is the fourth time I've taken a car in for a wrap and our first with OzBraz. Our experience here was definitely a notch above any other. We highly recommend Andrew and his team. I dropped my Tesla Model 3 off at this shop on Tuesday 7/20/21. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I wasn't sure the percentage of tint that I wanted which they assisted me with to make a good decision for my vehicle. Furthermore, the service that isn't listed here is powder coating the wheels. They also assisted me in choosing the right finish and color for my wheels that I had in mind. Karina is awesome! Very helpful and professional. Finally, I dropped the car off on Tuesday 7/20/21 with the expectation that it would take approximately 3-4 days. However, Karina called me today, Thursday 7/22/21 and notified me that they had finished my vehicle ahead of schedule! I picked up my Tesla today and I'm astonished at how beautiful it turned out. Literally I can't believe how amazing the car looks. I couldn't stop smiling and I can't take my eyes off of it! A friend referred us to OzBraz when my husband purchased his BMW. He made an appointment for PPF, and ceramic coating. Karina was in contact with my husband promptly and the quote was equatable to their performance. We scheduled a time to drop off and pick up window. When we picked up the car they did an immaculate, undetectable job. The car went in clean and new and came out beyond expectations. We also returned the car to them to fix the tint (BMW had done and redone it leaving bubbles on two windows that never went away) and, again, OzBraz did another perfect job, all levels of their tint are top of the line ceramic. My husband did the highest level Stratos on his car and you notice the difference. We even took my SUV in and had all the windows tinted with the mid level. The difference of the heat in the car when parked outside is definitely cooler. Being in Arizona you need this type of tint. Driving at night isn't a problem being too dark, we went 20% on both cars. Unfortunately, I was not very impressed with this company for multiple reasons. I had them tint two vehicles for me- a Dodge Charger 2022 and a Dodge Durango 2022. After the fact, I found their window tint pricing to be almost triple the price compared to their competitors. In addition, the time they said they would complete both jobs was not accurate. This caused me to wait around two hours for the Charger to be done after the time they promised. With the Durango, they messed up the order so I had to wait around almost an extra hour for that vehicle to be done. Afterwards, they still did not tint my vehicle correctly and one of the vehicles already has tint bubbling up on the back window. My time is valuable, getting a fair price, good workmanship, and the product I ordered is important. No apologies, no discounts- not impressed. I dealt with a young lady who took the order and the actual owner. After spending close to 2k- I don't recommend this company. read more

Andrew and the guys at ozbraz found a flaw in my paint while doing the full front wrap that I had never noticed before. They finished all but the one panel, allowed me to go home, repair the section and bring it back for the remaining cover at quoted price. The wrap even helped mask the issue slightly, and it's completely invisible. Every bit of paint flake is visible, minor scratches are self healing and the car looks incredible.
