Eventually it was 12:30 and they wrapped up. 3 days later i called because all of the windows had dirt under the tint but i just wanted the pass front window and windshield re-done because those were terrible. Again i took a day off work, dropped off at 8am. They started on the truck at 3pm. I know this because i showed up and walked in. Turns out they tinted it with the wrong tint. So they fixed it again.... Still a glob of adhesive (I'm guessing from the tint) and a bunch of highly visible dirt in the windshield and side window. Im giving up on this place as they honestly just don't care about other peoples cars even after paying $750 for a pickup truck to be tinted with their "tier 1 ceramic tint". When my windshield eventually cracks. I'll have another glass shop replace the glass and tint the windshield correctly. My wife tool a risk and had her $30k 2025 pilot done here a few weeks after my issues. They completed her entire car in 1.5hrs somehow with zero issues. But mine took 1.5 days on two separate occasions and 2 (technically 3) attempts and it's still not right in my $92k truck.

This location is about 15 minutes from my house and is in an industrial park with new construction all around it. The lobby area is very minimally furnished with a table and computer for the employees. I had the option to drop myvehichle and come back later, or stay and wait, I chose to stay and wait. All work is done in a back area that is inaccesible to the public. My car was finished in approximately 3 hours, it took an hour longer than anticipated due to another associate being called out to another job. The prices are very fair and they were able to accomodate an additional request for a tint strip over my front windshield for minimal additional cost. All services are by appointment only, however, you can walk in to get information. If nobody is in the room, they have a bell in the back that alerts them every time the front door opens. I am very pleased with the results! I was able to "test" as soon as the sun came out again after a few days of rain. I can recommend giving them a call and checking these guys out!

She gets back to you quickly, provides answers to your questions, gives quotes on OEM and after-market products, and schedules appointments. On every occasion she got us appointments that worked great for me in regards to day and timing. I mean almost immediate appointments were scheduled after receiving some good news -a quote that was easily $100 lower than a competitors price for the passenger window. A few hundred dollar difference for the windshield too. I only learned that when I was mistakenly provided a windshield replacement and calibration quote from competitor when I had asked for price on passenger window.
