Adrian and his team responded quickly compared to all the other companies I asked for quotes for my brand new performance tesla model 3. Even out of waiting for other companies to respond, Blackout Gilroy was still the cheapest option for what I wanted done, and it was a lot. First, I wanted full ppf protection, windows tinted, wrap the interior wood trim to carbon fiber, and full ceramic coating. If they told me it is a month to complete, I would have been no problem, but holy....these guys went above and beyond knocked my car out within a week and a half. They even shocked me with the chrome delete option and changed all my emblems to matching black ones for free!!!! On top of that they even ceramic coated my brake calipers too!!!! Hell yeah the people at Blackout Gilroy know how to get big projects done, offer many options on tints/wraps, and how much ppf like full, front, or bumper or type of suntek ppf and 3m ceramic coating. I got my 2023 Tesla Model Y tinted at Blackout, Llumar IRX Ceramic tint all around including front windshield, Headlights and Taillights tinted light smoke, and got Inozetek vinyl wrapped in Nardo Gray. First I took my Mache to have the full windows (including windshield) tint with 3M crystalline. Adrian and his team did an excellent job. Although there was some imperfections on the windshield tint the first time, Adrian inspected and re-installed it again perfectly. I was told 3M crystalline was so hard to install so it was not their fault. With all the excellent job he did, I then brought my i4 to have the windshield tint with 3M crystalline. Of course he did an amazing job again for my i4. I highly recommend this place if you want your windows with perfect tint, good customer service and reasonable price. A few years ago Black Out Window Tinting tinted our house windows with solar film. It has helped keep the house cooler during the summer and warmer during the winter. We now went back to Black Out to have our new Cadillac CT6 tinted. The price was fair and the work was done in a professional and timely manner. They even offer a seven year guarantee against bubbling or peeling. Thank you Black Out, again another satisfied customer. Here it is roughly 2 1/2 years later and we noticed some bubbling in the tint of the back window of our Cadillac CT6. We immediately called Black Out Window Tinting to see if they could remedy the situation. At first they had asked for the original receipt which we did not have, but I shared our Yelp reviews with them as proof of purchase. The manager of the business called me back one day later and said that they would honor their seven year guarantee. Today they removed and replaced the window tint on the back window of our Cadillac at no charge. We are once again we are very satisfied. Unfortunately it's very rare these days to find a business that stands behind their product and is very concerned about customer satisfaction.
