She gave me a reasonable quote, put in the order for the replacement parts and said it would take a couple weeks to arrive. The parts arrived much faster than that and Joe reached out to schedule a time for the replacement. Mike came over shortly after and replaced the springs in just a few minutes - it took me longer to move the couch out of the way for him than for him to actually do the job! I know this was a small job compared to what you typically do, but I really appreciate how professional and friendly everyone was and how easy the whole process was.
