He was my second estimate and I had a third coming the next day. I was impressed with his demeanor and expertise and most of all, his quote was much less than his competitor out of soquel. From start to finish it was to take about 2 weeks. They finished the job within that 2 weeks and I am so in love with my shower! He and his associate were very courteous and on time. I sent out a few emails to local window companies - one didn't even get back to me, one gave me a very high quote, another said the whole window had to be replaced (?!), and then there's South Valley Windows. Regina emailed me back quickly and asked all the right questions. She knows her windows and what she's talking about. She gave me a reasonable quote, put in the order for the replacement parts and said it would take a couple weeks to arrive. The parts arrived much faster than that and Joe reached out to schedule a time for the replacement. Mike came over shortly after and replaced the springs in just a few minutes - it took me longer to move the couch out of the way for him than for him to actually do the job! I know this was a small job compared to what you typically do, but I really appreciate how professional and friendly everyone was and how easy the whole process was. I'm sure we'll need our windows serviced again in the future, and I will definitely be using South Valley Windows.
