A few years ago Black Out Window Tinting tinted our house windows with solar film. It has helped keep the house cooler during the summer and warmer during the winter. We now went back to Black Out to have our new Cadillac CT6 tinted. The price was fair and the work was done in a professional and timely manner. They even offer a seven year guarantee against bubbling or peeling. Thank you Black Out, again another satisfied customer. Here it is roughly 2 1/2 years later and we noticed some bubbling in the tint of the back window of our Cadillac CT6. We immediately called Black Out Window Tinting to see if they could remedy the situation. At first they had asked for the original receipt which we did not have, but I shared our Yelp reviews with them as proof of purchase. The manager of the business called me back one day later and said that they would honor their seven year guarantee. Today they removed and replaced the window tint on the back window of our Cadillac at no charge. We are once again we are very satisfied. Unfortunately it's very rare these days to find a business that stands behind their product and is very concerned about customer satisfaction. I can confidently say that Black Out Window Tinting stood behind their product and provided complete customer satisfaction. So the fuzz busted me for my company work truck window tint on the front windshield and side windows(not my truck). So I called blackout to see about the removal to abide by the law. This is my 3rd car that I brought in and by far, the worst condition. It is a 1997 Toyota Celica Convertible. The paint was so oxidized, minor dents. I picked it up just now and it looks show room beautiful. Danny, Adrian, and team went out of their way to fix alot of incidentals. The color "pops" and the window tinting is beyond gorgeous. I thought I loved my car before, but I can't imagine how much more I've fallen deeper in love with this car. I had stopped driving it because it was embarrassing all oxidized.
