This company has literally charged my card for Thousands of dollars worth of services we never were given. For example, they charged for sprinkler services for several hundred dollars in the dead of winter when sprinklers were off. Shame on me for not auditing my credit card statements in time for the credit card company could go get my money back. In addition, I was charged for $2000.00 by another landscaping company located in Illinois. They do. not have anyone. here in utah and I NEVER even heard of them. I do not know how they got my credit card number, but I have my suspicions of blatant fraud. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

They came to cut down a VERY large Evergreen pine tree--72 years old and about 100 ft tall. They worked with the power company because our electrical connection to the power lines prohibited chopping it down easily. When the power company missed appointments set to address the issue, it threw a monkey wrench into their ability to take care of us as they wanted. But they weren't thwarted. Though it took a more circuitous route, they effectively took huge branches off, then felled the main trunk. Finally, they cleaned up all the leavings. They were excellent at what they did. They exhibited creativity in crafting solutions for such a daunting problem in a small space. They were very respectful in all their communication. We would highly recommend this team. They consistently parked in front of my driveway, even after being asked several times to avoid blocking the driveway. This resulted in forcing us to drive over our lawn to make a visit to the emergency room with an injured small child. Six months later they still refuse to repair my lawn strip and one sprinkler head they damaged by driving over the area numerous times. Even after showing them photos of their equipment on our lawn and driveway they refuse to acknowledge they were there. They may do a good job on your landscaping, but you won't be popular with your neighbors.
