SUPER disappointed!! We've been with My Guy out of Orem, UT for lawn services for a couple years now and they did a really good job the first year. They did a pretty good job last year and we even added on flower bed services, which were just okay. Nothing special. Then this year they raised their prices by 60%!! SIXTY!! That is not okay! We didn't renew for this year for either service because of it. Neither the lawn or the flower beds looked good enough for that price! read more

Scheduled service to our home to treat for wasps. Technician arrived and didn't get out of his vehicle for 10 minutes. Then I was surprised he began servicing without introducing himself and allow me to provide info on areas of concerns around our property. When asked why he didn't knock on our door, he said "most people don't want to be bothered." I thought to myself that's unusual. You'd think you would want to meet your customer so that you can be useful with your service. Anyway, he started his treatment for wasps and in less that 10 minutes, he was gone! Didn't report to me on his findings or let us know that he was done. I had explained to him the areas that needed to be treated, which included under the awnings of the home's roof, fenced areas (that surrounded 1/2 of our home) and even pointed out some holes in the infrastructure where suspected hiving might be occurring. Overall, I suspected a good job done to cover all areas needing treatment to have taken 1/2 hour at the least. Needless to say, it was a poor job and we still had wasps present in the fence area. This was a waste of money overall. read more

My Guy Pest and Lawn have done a great job on our lawn. We signed up for their 4 treatment plan and our grass has never looked so thick and green as it has this year, even with all of the extreme heat we've had this summer. We also had them spray for bugs in the spring and it's made a huge difference. Their technicians were professional, on time and very thorough. I would highly recommend them and plan to sign up for another round of treatments next year! read more
