I recently hire​d Skyline Limousine at the recommendation​ of a good ​friend in the wedding industry who has used them a number of times and​ RAVED about them. The certainly lived up to the hype. I rented a Chrysler 300 stretch limousine to take a group of four of us to dinner for my husband's 60th birthday. The booking process, pricing, ​and confirmation were​ wonderful; easy and affordable with great follow up. The driver arrived just before​ the pickup time and checked in with me. Our driver Ahmed (Z) was polite and wished my husband a happy birthday. He had all of the details and locations to pick up our friends and to take us to dinner. He was patiently waiting for us when we finished dinner and was cheerful and pleasant, thanking us when he dropped us off at home. The car itself was clean, the ice, bottled water, ​and glasses were all well​ stocked. It was the perfect way to enjoy a trip to dinner without the hassle of traffic or worrying about drinking and driving. Skyline Limousine was the perfect transportation for a bachelorette party in Tampa. Our driver, Blaz (sp?) was phenomenal. Super friendly and punctual; he even arrived for pick up early. My favorite part of the experience was that I communicated with him via text throughout the night. I would text him shortly before leaving a location and let him know our next stop, and every time we walked out he was there waiting for us. He was very accommodating, allowing us to stay out an extra hour than originally booked. The limo itself was pretty standard - we got the 10 person Lincoln Towncar. We had 9 people and it fit us all very comfortably. Plenty of supplies - ice bucket and glasses for champagne, napkins, rocks glasses, etc. Blaz offered to run out between stops and get us any additional supplies we needed, including more champagne and ice. I cannot say a bad thing about my experience with Skyline and I highly recommend them for all your fancy transportation needs! read more

Booked this service for a large group coming in on three airlines. They started the meter at the wrong flight and charged our group an hour over our time. Manager was rude with zero customer service skills. Scott our driver however was a saint and should recieve up most praise. Driver on return trip to airport was lost and was late to pick us up. Called me 7 times for directions. (P.S. I'm not from Tampa, I should not be the source of directions). Limo smelled horrible. Overall disappointed. Will not use again. read more

Booked a few days before in preparation for a nice birthday surprise for my boss's son. The limo never showed up. My boss called to see when to expect the car and they said they could not find the driver. Supposedly there was a discrepancy with the owner of the limo and the driver. They had to drive last min to the special dinner. I called the next day and they still had no straight answer, nor did they offer anything to make up for it, only refunded. We will never use this company again! Recently we were expecting a ride to the airport as we had a morning flight. When it came time for the car to be there to pick us up , there was no car. The first time when I contacted skyline limousine to ask about the status of the car, they said they could not contact the driver and they thought that he had been working late and might have fallen asleep. Eventually through a series of back-and-forth phone calls, about 15 minutes later, they said they could have someone out to us in 20 minutes. The person I spoke to was very combative and was not trying to help the situation at all, in fact it felt like he was trying to offer excuses as to why it happened (I just got in the office and am just looking into this now). He was also very rude and hung up on my wife several times. We ended up catching an Uber, which are really hard to get due to the driver shortage right now, that showed up within a couple minutes, which allowed us to barely make our flight as it was boarding. Had we waited for this car to "show up" of which I had my doubts anyway, we would have missed our flight and connecting flight home, and I highly doubt this company would have done anything to try and resolve that. read more

We booked Skyline Limousine Service for transport associated with a cruise out of Tampa. Our first pick up was at the Tampa Airport going to the Marriott Waterside Hotel. Our driver was waiting for us in the baggage area upon our arrival. The next day we had a pickup from our Hotel to the Port of Tampa. And at the end of our cruise from the Port to the Airport. Our drivers were prompt, friendly & helpful. The vehicles used (we had a limo twice and an SUV once) were spotless. Water was provided which was a welcome treat. Ahmed (who drove for our first 2 trips) went above & beyond. We discovered that one piece of luggage had been badly damaged by the airline & he promptly drove to his office to get duct tape & he fixed the problem! *DO NOT BOOK THIS LIMO SERVICE* My bachelorette party was this past weekend and my sister and friends chipped in to get me a limo to take us around Tampa. Our driver, Cindy was amazing and very accommodating for a group of eight girls. However, during what should have been a routine stop as McDonalds the limo began smoking from the engine while Cindy and some of the girls went inside McDonalds. I had to run inside to inform Cindy, who then informed the manager. It took an hour for a new car to arrive. When speaking to the manager who arrived with the replacement limo, there was no sense of urgency or concern about how this had affected my bachelorette party and refused to give us any sort of refund or additional hours. We booked a 10 passenger black limo as a surprise for a friend's birthday. I worked with Genesis for the booking process. She was very helpful, informative, and professional. The car showed up slightly early and was actually an upgrade from we asked for. It was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Had all the glassware and ice for the bubbly we brought with us. Our driver, Ahmed, was amazing. Professional, courteous, helpful, accommodating, and a really good, smooth driver. I used skyline limo for my wedding day, it was a black sedan and I rented for three hours and it was great. Arturo was my driver he was on time professional and helpful. He played classical music as I was waiting in the car with my mom and sister and was very polite. At their office Cindy booked my reservation and was very nice and helpful. I would recommend this company specially if you just need a car service for a short period of time, My ceremony and reception were held in the same venue and were close to my house and the hotel where I was taking my wedding pictures prior to the ceremony. Therefore I didn't need a limo for five hours, even the three hours I didn't need but it was a good rate and it was the minimum required. unfortunately on weekends the minimum rental for limos is five hours and that goes for all limo companies in the tampa Bay Area which makes it a lot more expensive. read more

On November 27 I called Skyline Limo to book a birthday event for my husband's 70th birthday. We live in Dade City and wanted to have a limo drive us to dinner in Tampa. We agreed on price and I received a confirmation at 6:24 PM. It stated, correctly, the pick up address, the destination in Tampa, the return address and the time for this to begin, 5:15 PM. I also pre paid for the limo and added a 20 % gratuity. On the day of the event, this eveing, at 5:15 PM I received a call from another limo company saying that the driver had been delayed due to an accident on the inter state and that he would be calling me in just a minute. At 5:29 I called them back and told them I had not received a phone call from the driver. She assured me she would check on this and have the driver call me. At this time I was frantic as we had 6:30 reservations on a Friday night in Tampa for a party of 8 and we had not been picked up or heard from the driver. At 5:31 I called the number on the contract and talked to someone at Skyline Limo. They told me they had subbed our job out to another company. I had called to confirm the contact number at 2:34 that afternoon and they never mentioned this. I was told they would check on it and have the driver call me back. At 5:38 I received a call from the dispatcher at Skyline and he told me to hold on he was "patching me through" to the driver. I was trying to figure out why the driver had not called me even though I had been waiting 20 minutes for his call. Obviously he had no cell phone that worked. After a 5 minute talk with the driver I realized he was on the other side of the county...at least 25 minutes away. He couldn't even read the address. I truly don't think this man could read. He could not read a 5 digit address outloud correctly let alone enter it in a GPS. My home address is a two name street followed by drive. He kept saying the first word which was Forest but completely left off the second part of the name and added street. If he put that in the GPS there was no way he was going to get the correct directions. He kept saying the GPS had told him to turn left and go west on 52. He had not entered the address correctly and when he put the correct one in it told him he was 25 minutes away. At that point he got ugly and said the GPS was wrong. I also knew we were now 40 minutes from our reservations at the Capitol Grill in Tampa and we had a 60 minute trip on a Friday night. We divided up into 2 cars, there were 8 of us, and drove ourselves to Tampa. It was very upsetting because we could not celebrate the way we wanted as we had to drive ourselves home. I would never recommend Skyline Limo to anyone and wish I could remember the name of the other limo company they subbed us to because their driver was rude and illiterate. This was a prepaid event and I will be calling my credit card company tomorrow morning. read more

Excellent service. Mark Anthony, who owns the business, was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I rang at very short notice and booked a luxury SUV for myself and a celebrity VIP client of mine and Mark Anthony made the entire process completely effortless and quick. We had been on an extremely long journey of international travel for more than 25 hours and to ring a firm that arranged our pick up without any issues or hassles and at short notice, was a sigh of relief. Email confirmation was on its way within 10 minutes and our chauffeur, Dan Kennedy, had texted us on our arrival to advise where he would be waiting for us at the airport terminal. Dan was an absolute pleasure to deal with and we had a lovely chat and he instantly put us at ease, even stopping by at a CVS on the way to assist us with getting some toiletries before we headed for our villa. The only improvements i would suggest is that bottled water be available inside the SUV's for clients, like almost all other firms at this level tend to provide, and also perhaps just the usual queries about what temperature clients would like set inside the vehicle during their journey and if there were any particular audio channels they wished to listen to during their journey etc. In our international travels with limousine / executive car companies, we find this attention to detail makes a service stand out even further. But Dan's SUV was very clean and the journey was smooth, quick and we felt we were in very safe hands, so much so that we tipped Dan twice! I am rather particular about selecting firms that are able to look after and cater to my high-profile sporting clientele and Skyline will always be our choice of executive travel whenever we are in the Tampa area, it was such a great experience. I hired Skyline Limousine for my wedding. I reserved a 10 person limo to pickup the groomsmen from the hotel and bring them to the church. The limo driver was supposed to go back to the hotel and wait for me and the bridal party and bring us to the church. I clearly stated this plan and verified it on several different occasions prior to my wedding day. The limo came and picked up the guys ontime and brought them to the church but did not come back for me. About 30 min before the wedding the bridal party and I went downstairs to meet the limo and he wasn't there. Turns out the limo driver never got the message to come back for us and was parked in the church parking lot. Luckily the church was only 15 minutes from the hotel and we ended up making it to the church on time. The driver was unappologetic about what happened and I think that is what really bothered me about the situation. I recommend being careful when booking this company. Their prices are good and the limo was clean. If you have special instructions for them to do, make sure to verify it several times to make sure they don't screw it up. read more
