We called Mark and he was able to get to us the very next day. He had everything we needed and more. He was so patient with us. This was our first purchase of window coverings and he educated us on all the best options. The SmartDrape on our slider is AMAZING! Complete privacy with walk through individual veins. We love it! In our bedroom we decided to use a "Day Night Shutters" that are beautiful shutters with a heat/cold resistant cellular shade behind them. We are so glad we did this and can't wait for next summer to feel the difference (and our electric bill should be lower too!) All in all, we called three blind places.
