I booked an appointment with gabby about a week in advance . Made sure to take off of work early so I could meet with her. But she was a no call, no show. I'm in a similar line of business where I also meet with homeowners by appointments. In my whole 8 years of doing in home appointments I have never been a no call /no show ! I value my customers time and if for whatever reason I can't make it to my appointment I would call and reschedule we'll ahead of the appointment time. I understand that things come up, but at least call or text me and let me know. My wife and I wasted our Saturday waiting around and I never got a single call or text even after the missed appointment to apologize or even reschedule. Had two blinds that needed repairs since some of them started to be broken off. I'm in another state so it's difficult to arrange and find someone good for the job.
