Third time it's been two weeks transmission bad again! Each time I had to pay for transmission fluid out of pocket $275.00 second time he said warranty wouldn't pay all the labor so I had to pay $500 plus $275 for fluid! All because he said my maxima has spacers on rims. Total rip off because dealer ship quoted $6,000 for new transmission and I've spent that with this shop on used transmission. Total waste of money. Be careful because I think the transmission is not being replaced just fixed old bad transmission. Each time I took to Nissan dealership and it was in fact all three times another bad transmission each three times!!! Note: Joe said I had warranty but still car isn't working because he says the spacers on rims void warranty but those same spacers was on car when he first got the first transmission!! They checked and adjusted my tire pressure, blew out my air filter, and checked all fluids. They said I could come back and have fluids and tire pressure checked for free anytime. They offered us a cold bottle of water. On top of all this, they were so professional and friendly. Why go anywhere else. Living in Marvin, I'm used to getting ripped off by the brand name tire stores lining the Waxhaw Marvin / Providence Rd route. Most of them can't even road force balance tires, but Black's can. For brakes on my Nissan Titan, they offered the NAPA silentguard and installed them for $209 out the door. Every other tire shop closer to me wants $450+ for the same job, telling you how much they are marking up their labor. Hell, even the dealer was going to charge me $329, and I was shocked that it was less than the other shops but at least there, I expect the Dealer to rip me off. If you live in Waxhaw/Marvin and need tires and service for your vehicle, I am telling you to drive the extra 20 minutes and get down to Monroe and see these guys. They are nice, honest, and really quality work. Also have a well equipped waiting room with WIFI so it's easy to work while I get my car serviced. Thanks team - you guys are the best local pros!

Went to have my car looked at at Crossroads of Dunn and turns out the person from Quicklanes didn't put the oil filter on correctly and also when they did my tire rotation, they put 2 of my tires (which are directional tires) on backwards.
