I called to check in how long approximately they anticipated it taking as I had a commitment following. Sam, this is where you started giving the wildest reasons why I may not even get out of there with one tonight-- potentially failed inspection (warranting state law immediate fix), bays breaking down hydraulics, not knowing repair depth, etc. It just kept getting weirder and more like I shouldn't trust them. I canceled my appointment.
