That's fine if you are closed, I apologize, but she could have gone about it in a much kinder way. I was offended and will never return. I plan on letting management know how rude she is to their customers.

I ordered a small latte, set up my table tent and unpacked my laptop. My coffee was delivered by a friendly person and it was delicious. I then spent the next four hours here pounding away at my laptop. Mokas has that fast casual feel with the kiosks, table tent cards, matching furnishings and general glossiness but it never felt like I was being pushed out, the place never got that full that I was taking up space that might have gone to a paying customer. I did a large mobile order to head on a trip and they kindly told us to pull around and that they'd bring it around. After noticing that I forgot a drink, I placed another order. I had hubby run in and they apologized for forgetting the drink (that I thought I didn't order) and refunded it since I had ordered a new one. I really do appreciate how they go above and beyond here. Once I had hubby pick up an order and they handed him one and he drove off, they offered to make a new one and could get it later or the next day. The few times I've been inside, the atmosphere has just been so nice and the team is always doing a great job at getting things done especially in rush hours.
