Manj and the Weichert team stood out as the best that Northern, New Jersey had to offer: their rankings are excellent, their social media and marketing reach was strong, and I could tell the type of commitment they would dedicate to selling my home. Manj spent hours answering my questions, providing market data, and building a strategy to address the comps in the area. I was concerned that my house would be hard to sell given the hundreds of similar homes in the neighborhood. Who needs parking and large rooms when building mismanaged, the reserve fund is really a mortgage that has to be repaid and maintenance is over 1500 for a two bedroom. Much better housing in area.
