However, instead of working with me to reschedule and continue my treatment, she decided to stop taking me as a client. I was very disappointed that after five months of being a client, there was no effort to find another appointment time or a reasonable solution. I was also disappointed with the level of attention given to my concerns. I specifically wanted my baby hairs addressed, but i did not feel that this area received the proper care and attention i expected. After five months of treatments, I expected better communication, professionalism, and consideration. Unfortunately, I left feeling dismissed and undervalued as a client. Over the years I've plucked my eyebrows, let them grow back, plucked them again, let them grow back, etc. More recently I've been having them waxed regularly, but my husband kept saying he wanted my brows to be fuller. I liked the way my brows looked when I filled them in with powder. When I heard about microblading, I was apprehensive. It sounded painful, and permanent. After seeing photos posted on Facebook by Jillian Chandler, I decided to go for a consultation. Jillian is so professional that I immediately decided to do it! Jillian is the most down to earth person and she keeps it real with you. My brows were a mess 2years ago! They were uneven, sparse in different sections, and waxed improperly by others. It took a while with the regrowing and my few weak moments when I plucked them myself, but Jillian fixed them. They're fuller, even, and have the perfect sassy shape for me! I didn't even question whether or not to follow her to Auburn for her new business! She's the only person I'll go to for my waxing needs because she understands my brows. read more

I went through six laser removal sessions to get rid of my previous tattooed brows. After that experience, I knew I needed to find someone I could completely trust--so I did a lot of research. That's when I found Shelby's Instagram and Yelp reviews. I followed her work for a while and was so impressed by her attention to detail and beautiful results. I knew she was the one I wanted to go to. I trusted her after seeing the transformations she had done on other clients. Shelby was able to correct the shape of my uneven brows and even cover up the yellow discoloration left behind from the laser sessions. I am beyond happy with how they turned out!
