CINDYS IS THE BEST!! This is hands down the BEST nail salon in Auburn, CA. This will be my new go to and recommendation for anyone looking for amazing nails. The nail tech was efficient and quick! By quick, I mean the nail artist doing my nails completed a whole set in around 30-35 minutes. This full set is by far my favorite.. She really focused on the shape, technique and design I wanted. They came out 10/10! Go check this place out next nail apt!

So happy I went to Cindy's Nails & Hair! I have been looking for a great nail salon in Auburn and this is the place to go I haven't had acrylic nails in years but wanted to try having them again. Cindy did my nails with a light French ombré. They came out even better than I expected The staff at the salon were super nice & it was really clean. Update: less than 24 hours later and the dip has already been peeled off one nail. I don't know I don't know. I was charged $78 for a dip manicure and a basic pedicure. Basic was the key word for all of it. There was dip powder or polish or something under all my nails. Thick and I had to wait to pick it out when I got home. My thought is already messed up. The pedicure was okay. My nail technician was nice but the if I am going to pay $78 (before tip) I want a relaxing experience. Masks not always worn and they seemed to have overbooked but not for me. Again, very nice employees, just not great work. I would like to say that the woman next to me had her nails done with a tricky design and they were beautiful.

I am so sad! I've been going here for the last few years, and drive about 40 minutes one way to get here. I have loved this salon and recommended it to everyone! But the last few times I've been in, I have left disappointed. This last time I went in I got a manicure and a pedicure. Neither color turned out the way it looked in the book. My nails were supposed to be number 97, and my toes were supposed to be 99. My pedicure was fabulous aside from that. The gentleman that works there is always thorough and kind. When it came to my nails, however, I had the worst experience. The lady asked me what shape I wanted, and I told her three times that I wanted the square shape with the rounded sides, we even referenced the poster together. Each time, she insisted that I wanted oval. I finally gave in because I didn't know what else to do. I just wanted the dip, and she ended up cutting my natural nail all the way down and adding acrylics, which I did not want and no one has ever done the few times I've gotten a manicure from there. Finally, she did not do a good job when she got to the dip. There are parts on all sides of my nails that did not get covered by the dip, so they look crooked. She did not file them down enough near the cuticle so they look bulky and like I need a fill already, and the oval shape, that she insisted I get, was inconsistent on each nail. I had to go home and reshape some of my nails. I left paying $118 without tip, and the only part I enjoyed was the process of the pedicure. I guess I have to find a new place, and I'm so sad read more

Just had a basic mani-pedi, costing $50. before tip. Hands down the worst manicure I've ever had. Did the manicure while I was sitting in the pedi chair, had to ask manicurist to trim my cuticles which is a part of the procedure, used cold water to dip my nails, little to no attention to a quality shaping. Hasty procedure, no quality attention, poor results all for $50. will look someplace else. read more

I have been getting my nails done for almost 35 years and I cannot recommend anyone better than cindy at Cindy's nails. She has perfected her skills and is the best in the industry. It is so hard to find anyone that could even compare to her talent she is a perfectionist she is amazing at what she does she's also very sweet and humble and beautiful and such an incredible business owner. I would highly recommend her to anyone and unfortunately there is no one that is as good as her so once you have tried her you will never be satisfied with going to anyone else for your nails she is amazing 10 out of 10 every single time plus she is very quick and efficient and is super accommodating to all of her clients she even finished my nails standing up so I could get a pedicure at the same time unbelievable service and quality! read more

I haven't had a pedicure in a while. Cindy's was recommended to me by several of their regulars. I brought my own polish and opted for the Special Spa Pedicure for $38. I almost fell asleep during the massage part. Very happy with my pretty feet! 4 stars because its not well ventilated and though I had an appointment, I still had to wait about 15 minutes. Trying to figure out how this place has good reviews. I paid for my daughter to get her nails done. She didn't want a fill, she wanted a new set. They wouldn't do it. They did a horrible job. Very cute shop. Went here as a walk in at 4:30 on a Saturday and was taken right away by Kevin. He listened to what I wanted and I love my nails. I will have to say that I wasn't expecting the cost of the full set but I know that everything has gone up in price due to inflation so I assume that is just compensation for having to get the product's. I called and made a pedicure appt for 4:30pm. I was told on the phone I wouldn't have to wait. I arrived at 4:25 and was told five minutes. After five minutes, I was told another five minutes. After another five minutes, I was seated in a pedicure chair and told to put my feet in the water. After another ten minutes I asked to reschedule. They moved people around and my pedicure started. They have several choices for pedicures and because I wanted a massage and chose pink and white polish, my pedicure was $65. I was a little shocked. read more

Unfortunately, the way this needed was very disappointing. I don't know why it was her concern that I come from far away. Despite my concerns about the service and not seeing the results I was hoping for, I still gave her the opportunity to continue working on my upper lips because I wanted to complete the process and believe in giving her a fair chance. On the day of my appointment 06/20. She had power outage at her location, which was understandable. However, instead of working with me to reschedule and continue my treatment, she decided to stop taking me as a client. I was very disappointed that after five months of being a client, there was no effort to find another appointment time or a reasonable solution. I was also disappointed with the level of attention given to my concerns. I specifically wanted my baby hairs addressed, but i did not feel that this area received the proper care and attention i expected. After five months of treatments, I expected better communication, professionalism, and consideration. Unfortunately, I left feeling dismissed and undervalued as a client. I needed an "emergency" pedicure (haha) and Toni took me in immediately. This was a different…read moreexperience than my usual place because this gal is really creative and clever! Number 1, she's very friendly and crochets, so Toni, Glenda, and I had a lot in common! We yakked the whole time and it was very pleasant, indeed. Number 2: instead of painting my toes and then having me try to snake my feet into my flip flops, she had me put my feet into the flip flops first. Then she tore a paper towel in half, tore a slit in each half and slid them under my feet so she wouldn't paint the sandals! How clever is that? The other thing she did was instead of soaking my feet, then using the "cheese grater" on the callouses, she used a 180 grit emery board on my dry feet (I don't have heavy callouses. If I did, she would've used a heavier grit). They turned out nice and smooth! I will definitely drop in even if I don't need a pedi and say, "Hi!"
