This was my first sugaring service, I had scheduled the appt only 2 days in advance, so there's flexibility and availability at this location for those who have unpredictable schedules. It was super clean, Lashea took her time in explaining what she was going to do before each step. She was also kind enough to keep me talking to her the whole time to distract me from the pain, and it worked! In my experience waxing is more painful and the results aren't as good for me. I have incredibly sensitive skin and have had allergic reactions to soft wax and many other hair removal products/services, which is why I wanted to try the sugaring since it seems like more natural option for very sensitive skin. It's been a few weeks now since my visit and my skin broke out way less than usual, it cleared up much faster than after waxing, and the hair removal results seem to be lasting longer too. I loved Lashea. I highly recommend her and coming in and trying sugaring if you never have, I'll never go back to waxing after such a great experience with the process, results, and of course Lashea, she made it feel like we were just two friends chatting over coffee, so I'll definitely keep scheduling with her. read more

I've never had a Brazilian wax treatment, let alone a sugaring treatment and let me say I'm IMPRESSED by the ladies that say it doesn't hurt. I kept subconsciously scooching away from poor Kaelyn at every tug Aside from the pain, Kaelyn is OUTSTANDING! She is so sweet, and despite me being late(which I don't recommend, I'll be leaving way earlier to make up for traffic) she managed to remain very informative regardless of the time crunch. She was quick, meticulous and forgiving of my twitches and flinching I love that she's got a great sense of humor and really wants you to be as comfy as possible. 10/10 customer service and experience! Loved the experience. Cute shop. All my questions answered. My only complaint is I had hair growing back within a few days. When I wax, it lasts way longer than that. I am not sure if that means the hair was not lifted out of its roots or what. Because of this, I will wax instead. I wanted to love this experience due to all of the benefits!
