Tried to get them redone on Sat 3/20/21 but they were booked full . Set up an appt for Sun 3/21/21 and went back today only to have Lady tell me it was because we do a lot with our hands. Meanwhile I'm 7 months pregnant and was on vacation. So there goes that theory . I explained on the phone to guy that I wanted them redone. Get all the way to the salon only to have them try to charge me $30 to fix there mistake. She went as low as $15 but I refuse to spend another dollar at that business . Mind you I already paid $45 last week to have them done. On this same day older lady messed up my nails and someone else had to fix. Overall I will not be returning here and I can not recommend a business that does not stand behind their service . I got my feet done in regular polish and they are lasting better . Which is ridiculous. With the prices they charge they should be able to afford a repaint when service is bad . Go some place else if you can help it . There are two couches and a table with magazines. There's a tv on the wall but it was showing a tutorial of a hair style. It's clean and well lit but it was a tad hot. It would've been great if the thermostat was set a few degrees lower. They also have a coffee machine and water which is a great added touch. She was kind and we made small talk. I was very specific with what I asked for--I wanted to keep as much fullness as possible. While my eyebrows are nice, I'm not a huge fan of them. They are thinner than what I prefer.
